I'm not exactly sure, apple - I just know they tried to use it for mobile phone top-ups but the bank got suspicious straight away! Bank (Lloyds) have been very good, actually. Hope you and three get your cards sorted soon too.

Our NCT group has quite a spread of due dates, from mid-April to early June, so I'm sure you'll be fine :-)

Just, the iCandys do look good. Also liked the Babystyle Oyster and Cosatto Giggle (largely because the fabric patterns are fun and I'm clearly really shallow). Think we might try and get an eBay/Gumtree bargain if anything comes up - I'm not too fussed about having a new pram as long as it's in good enough condition.

leanne963 · 24/02/2015 08:49

Hello everyone!!!

Jeez card cloners are sneaky little so and so's. I think banks are quite good with this thing though as it happened to me last year and they noticed straight away!

I am just doing the nhs antenatal classes and it's only 1.5 hours about labour and 1.5 hours about feeding, my friend seemed a bit shocked that that was all I am gettng. I don't know what is 'normal' though!

Was worrying last night as when I went to bed I couldn't feel the baby thrashing around like she usually does and when I got up to pee I wasn't feeling much, so started to panic. But she is full on awake and kicking now, always like to get me to worry. But I was on my feet nearly all day yesterday and I find when I am busy she tends the be quieter......

applecore0317 · 24/02/2015 09:20

I've noticed that leanne wasn't sured if I just notice the movements less when I am busy or whether I have tired her out :)

leanne963 · 24/02/2015 09:28

Apple I don't tend to feel much when i am stood up, kicks mainly happen when my stomach is relaxed and i am sitting down and especially after food!! Have the movements changed for you over the past few weeks? Im noticing much higher movements recently, whereas i just got low kicks!!

applecore0317 · 24/02/2015 09:42

She's pretty much head down, but slightly diagonal, so I get the kicks kind of upper right, although had a few that were higher than before yesterday, I also occasionally get what I assume is her bum sticking up just below my belly button to the right :D

leanne963 · 24/02/2015 10:06

Ahh i get that too!! I look down at my belly and its sloping up on the right and its a sold little lump lol!!!

gingerfluffball · 24/02/2015 10:25

Leanne and apple I've been getting the bum bump too... it's a solid little thing! Also getting hiccuping sensations low down in my pelvis which is an odd feeling Smile

leanne963 · 24/02/2015 10:38

Aw ginger i don't know if i have had the hiccups yet, i'm not very good at identifying them! I would love to know what position she is lying in though, i have a scan next Friday so will ask then!

Chookford · 24/02/2015 10:44

Morning ladies

ginger my lil one has hiccups all the time, it's funny isn't it! My dd was the same and still is now funnily enough! Gets hiccups at the drop of a hat!

I got an Icandy deal off eBay it's only been used 3 times and is immaculate I was very chuffed with my bargain as it would have been £1,100 new! Blush

applecore0317 · 24/02/2015 11:07

ha ha, love the hiccups. She had them two mornings in a row. Kind of felt like a heart beat in my lower left side and went on for five minutes :)

When is your next midwife appt Leanne? she'll be able to tell you how the baby is lying

Ah that's good Chook I think I have pretty much bought all I need now. Got some of those water wipes the other day, because DH gets freaked out by cotton wool

Chookford · 24/02/2015 11:32

yeah I was very happy when I got it apple I do love a good bargain me! Grin

I have midwife on friday and hoping baby has moved now it has been breech.. have a scan on Tuesday then one on 31/03 and last one on 30/04 then it really is countdown to meeting little one!! cant believe how fast time is going

Has everyone seen there is now a Nov thread!!!

Threesoundslikealot · 24/02/2015 11:38

Not another card scam! That is weird. Are they tracking us on here?!

Mine had hiccups last week when the midwife was listening in. Very cute.

I've just been asked for the first ever time in three pregnancies whether I'm sure there's only one baby. Obviously I have quite a bump.

leanne963 · 24/02/2015 11:43

Chook A NOVEMBER thread?? We will have little chubby 6 month olds by then, that sounds crazy :D

Apple Have midwife appiontment next wed, then 3d/4d scan on the thursday! I am so excited to so her little face!!

Really? three do you feel like your bump is bigger!? I got told last night that my bump is really small for 27 weeks :/

Threesoundslikealot · 24/02/2015 11:47

Enjoy your scan, Leanne!

My bump does look bigger but I'm thinner than with my first two pregnancies which may explain that. My fundal height is normal so I'm not bigger than medically expected!

d0ttyne11 · 24/02/2015 11:48

leanne - I am so jealous of your 3d/4d scans next week!!! That'll be amazing. With all this extra movement I can feel I am really intrigued as to what baby Dot's little fact looks like and want to see whose kicking me!! I bet you can't wait. V exciting xx

leanne963 · 24/02/2015 11:52

Thank you Chook I am justifying the expense by telling myself i have not had one night out in over 6 months so all the pennies i have saved can go towards the scan ;)

My bump is also 'all out front' which would have people guessing i am carrying a boy. I am quite slim anyway but definitely noticing a bigger bum ha!

leanne963 · 24/02/2015 11:54

Thanks d0tty Yeah i am so excited! My ILs can't believe the technology they have nowadays, they were like 'In our day you had one scan and that was it, did't see anyone til the birth' ha! I am suddenly so fascinated by everyone's birth stories! So many different experiences!!

applecore0317 · 24/02/2015 11:59

ah thats exciting leanne

the bump thing has been confusing this week, the consultant measured me at 25cm when I was 24 weeks, then 26cm the next two weeks. Then the midwife measured me yesterday and noted 25cm...she said to ignore the consultants previous measurements as they were early anyway, so probably not accurate and she wasn't worried as I have regular scans.. bur those are only of my cervix..

applecore0317 · 24/02/2015 12:00

lol people tell me my bump is massive, but I was quite small anyway and also all up front

cuphat · 24/02/2015 12:06

Sorry to hear about all the card fraud. It happened to my DH once and the source was found to be a dodgy cash machine. Apparently he'd been in Italy spending while he was here in the UK. I worry about it myself as I don't have a credit card, only a debit card and I wouldn't want to be without while they sorted it out.

Leanne, you must be young; my parents and ILs have been saying "you didn't get any scans in our day". Grin

leanne963 · 24/02/2015 12:10

Ha im 27 Cup my ILs are 60 (I think) lol! my mum is only 47 so i may have got the stories mixed up between my mum and DPs mum!

Chookford · 24/02/2015 12:49

I keep having people ask me if I am sure there is only one baby in there too.. but im short and all bump so I am taking that as reason why and not because I keep eating family sized chocolate bars!!! Blush

Snooky17 · 24/02/2015 14:15

Had 28 week midwife app today, measuring 28 cm so bump is average I guess, DS has had slapped cheek confirmed also called paro virus, have to get blood tested Tomoz at hosp, had call to ask to come in asap, but worrying, midwife can't tell which way up baby is as head and bum feel the same. Whooping cough jab is really really quite stingy.

leanne963 · 24/02/2015 14:35

Aww sorry to hear you have alot on your plate snooky hope your DS gets better soon!!!

Chookford · 24/02/2015 16:30

snooky hope your DS improves soon, sure everything will be fine with baby it's good that they are keeping an eye on you..
