Wow leanne those pics are awesome! Does it make it all more 'real'?

longest I got a big tree with lots of cute owls! Random!

28w midwife appt today and everything is bang on. His head is up at my ribs tho but plenty of time to move! Booked in for anti d next week and whooping cough jab week after. One more 4 weekly appt then down to 2 weekly. It's going so fast!

Turquoisetamborine · 06/03/2015 15:30

SmileyScooby · 06/03/2015 16:46

Snooky17 · 06/03/2015 17:24

leeann I agree pics are cute, 3d scans can sometimes look a bit freaky which is why I haven't had one but wish I had now

Oh Leanne those pictures are amazing! It's so cool to see a proper baby! How many weeks are you? Weighed myself today and I've put on 19lb which felt like quite a lot although over pregnancy a normal weight gain if your bmi was in the normal range is 25-35lb so that was reassuring!
Had whooping cough yesterday and it was much better than I thought. Bit of an achy arm after but that was all.
I have no idea what position the baby is in! Most dramatic movements are towards the side to the top of my stomach and some odd crawling movements very low down.

Kyz · 06/03/2015 20:52

Evening ladies :)

Have had a very busy day today, and glad to be sitting down!

Aw, it's nice to know so many of you like the name we've chosen - I honestly didn't think it would get a very good reception but i'm quite pleased it's not universally hated! :)

longest glad your DD likes her new room, bless her :)

bless you piglet bet you can't wait for Tuesday! Fab that you're feeling comfortable with your hospital too :)

I'm with you on the tiredness apple i'm always feeling exhausted these days it seems! :(

No nursery here as of yet, but I had the built in wardrobe built in so there's actually somewhere to put baby now!

hope the spotting stops soon turquoise

snooky There's not a chance in hell i'm weighing myself, not after this week!

aww leanne they are lovely photos :) beautiful baby :)

tori I know just the movements you mean, it feels so odd when they do that!

Hope everyone has a good weekend :)

applecore0317 · 06/03/2015 21:41

Lovely scan pictures leanne

blondie same with me, big movements to the right above my belly button and weird movements low down, crawling is a great description for it and mine is head down

Tori those hard bits are so weird! I kind of get a building up to it feeling then it goes hard

kyz I'd like to think the tiredness will get better! but probably not lol

applecore0317 · 06/03/2015 21:46

smiley I'm also 20lbs up.... That's from my booking in weight, and also went out for dinner tonight and had an ice cream on the way home... Oops

Glad everything is bang on scottish anti d and whooping cough for me too next week

SmileyScooby · 06/03/2015 22:55

Tori I know exactly the movement feeling you mean and apple yep I also get the build up feeling too before it happens.

That's re the weight thing ladies I was higher bmi at booking 32 so dunno how much is normal for that bmi (i haven't converted the lbs to St and lbs yet as that would hit home too much!!) haven't really eaten anything more than normal pre pregnancy. Guess body is just storing it differently and also I'm no longer going to gym 2-3 times a week!

Had a fab meal out with friends, yummy chinese :) time to now go attempt to sleep after that yummy food. Night all!

KittyVonCatsington · 07/03/2015 06:47

So awesome to see those photos leanne - you have a beauty there Grin

Have been awake since half 5 but have had a cat on my face until about 20 mins ago- feel better after a bowl of cornflakes and my trusty iPhone to catch up on all the news!
Boo to work apple!

Morning ladies! I have just woken up although for some reason was wide awake between 2-3am.

What is everyone up to this weekend?! My mum and dad are visiting, so while dad and DH once again get on with the bathroom, mum and I are going shopping for baby basics. Although judging by mums list, I think her understanding of 'basic' is much wider than mine!!

SmileyScooby · 07/03/2015 08:01

Good morning ladies! Have also been up for a while woke up every couple of hours last night but slept well. Don't remember last time I slept in past 7am since Christmas....
Tori Yep it will have made a difference - didn't use to do much but was there for 30-45 mins and sorta miss it (although sometimes had to drag myself there!)
Just enjoy the shopping trip hope you get lots of goodies!

mumxof3x · 07/03/2015 08:05

Had a little catch up, but only gone 2 pages back. Ive missed loaaads.

Leanne, wow those piks are amazing. I really want a 4D scan this time, I have a 30 pound off voucher. I had one with ds1 but it wasnt great, so I didnt have one with my last 2.

Weightwise I have gained 18 pound and all of that has come after 15/16 weeks, with the majority been after christmas.

I had my theory on thursday night and passed it, I was really shocked, still am as most of the people I know failed first time and passed second, so I presumed I would fail. And I booked my driving test last night for the 1st of may eeek.

Sunshinesaz86 · 07/03/2015 08:28

Enjoy your shopping trip just so exciting buying stuff for our little ones.

Sorry to those struggling to sleep, I got up a couple of times to use the loo but slept ok, however my lie in when completely out the window at 7.30 when baby started doing what felt like martial arts in my stomach, so strong it even freaked DP out a little haha! Grin it must be used to my routine and knows in usually awake by then!

Sorry to hear you've got work too apple I can sympathise working every other sat, it really sucks!!

Glad u had a nice meal out smiley

Sunshinesaz86 · 07/03/2015 08:30

Cross post with u mum fab news on your theory test! And good luck for your test in may! That would be lovely to get passed before baby comes Grin

Turquoisetamborine · 07/03/2015 08:53

Mum well done on the theory test!! Going to be so much easier for you with all the kids with a car. I only have one child at the moment and did one month without a car (H had one but it was with him at work) and gave in and bought one. They just enhance your life so much.

Just I'm jealous of your shopping trip, hope you get lots of nice things. We are trying to get a large deposit together before May to buy the house we live in from my dad so no non-essential shopping at the moment.

Smiley glad you had a good sleep. I was up at 7 as usual. At least I'm not used to lie ins or I'd be in for a rude awakening soon!

Made myself scotch pancakes with blueberry syrup for breakfast. DS opted for weetbix WTF?? He is crazy. We are waiting in for a plumber today so not going far, might go to sainsburys to buy yet more comic relief red noses later as DS loves them.

Weight wise, I think I'm 22 lb up now. My mam reckons the baby packs on half a pound a week in the last 4 weeks so I bet I've got a lot more to go on yet as only 30 weeks.

Have a lovely Saturday everyone
