Oh no longest that's not good. Hope everything is ok.

Kyz · 27/02/2015 20:54

Evening all - marking my place, sorry i'm so late! Thankyou for the new thread kitty. Got alot to catch up on already!

Hope you all have a good weekend, i'm going to be pretty busy so will probably check in on Monday :) I'm 27+1 today, and looking forward to my private scan on Monday

Blondie87 · 27/02/2015 21:13

Ah Longest hope you're ok. That happened to me a few weeks ago but all was fine. Hope those who have various pregnancy ailments feel better soon. I'm 29wks today and pregnancy fatigue is setting in! Long days at work aren't helping! Apple don't let being self conscious ruin your relaxing, you deserve it! Got a spa day myself as DH kindly bought me a 'mum to be' package for Christmas. Can't wait!

Blondie87 · 27/02/2015 21:16

Sunshine your Madonna and tummy button story is brilliant! Summarises the glamour of pregnancy! Mine is still just an innie but is so flat. Think I'll be traumatised if it pops out!

Hope you're ok longest.

How's your rash Tori? Exciting news about the scan!

cuphat · 27/02/2015 22:21

I'll also be a bit freaked out if my belly button pops out. It stayed very innie last time. It's still very innie except for one corner which is raised a bit so it's flat. But it's been like that for ages now so hopefully it'll stay like that.

Turquoisetamborine · 27/02/2015 22:32

Longest hope you're ok. Are you being kept in hospital?

applecore0317 · 27/02/2015 23:07

Hope all turns out ok longest

Thanks Blondie will make sure I don't let it spoil things :)

Are these 3d scans Tori and Kyz

longestlurkerever · 27/02/2015 23:15

No, home now. Just glad baby is ok. X

kittiker · 27/02/2015 23:20

Happy weekend, everyone!

Hope you're okay longest.

It's been an immensely crappy week here, for non-pregnancy reasons (bereavement), but I'm off for a night away to Mull with DH tomorrow, so I'm putting all my sad feelings in a mental box to deal with later and I'm determined to have fun. Euphoric pregnancy hormones are helping. We also have a baby care class tomorrow morning which I'm looking forward to.

plinkyplonks · 27/02/2015 23:25

Longest - glad you and the baby are OK Flowers Must have been a bit of a shock :( x

Chookford · 27/02/2015 23:53

longest sorry to hear about your day, but glad baby and you are both fine

Justyouwaitandsee · 28/02/2015 05:10

Glad you and baby are ok longest, and sorry for your loss kittiker

Anyone else awake? Woke from a bad dream at 4am and haven't been able to get back to sleep Sad Just disturbed DH after knocking my deodorant onto the floor as I tried to creep to the loo.

SmileyScooby · 28/02/2015 08:08

Hi all, my body so doesn't like sleep or lie ins anymore :( was awake at 5.30 and just sort of laid in bed until 6.30....I really want a super long sleep as lack of it last week was rubbish. Maybe nature's way of getting me ready for 11 weeks time...

Hope those who have been poorly are feeling better and keeping as rested as they can. longest glad to hear you and bump are ok and kittiker sorry for your loss I bet your emotions are all over the place.

Am off to a second hand sale today, not sure what for exactly (DH is gonna hate it as no real plan!!) any ideas for things to keep eye out for?

Blondie87 · 28/02/2015 08:30

Sorry to hear about your loss kittiker, hope your weekend away gives you some head space.
Glad you're ok longest, the shock is usually the worse part.
Missing my lie ins too! Woke up for a loo stop at 3:30 and brain was completely wired! Dozed on and off until 8 but desperate for a lie in while it's still possible! Smilely I've got 11 weeks to go too, think our bodies our getting us prepped!!

shinyhappyone · 28/02/2015 08:34

Hope you're ok longest and no last effects from yesterday.
Sorry for your loss kitti. Hope mull helps to clear your head a bit.

Today is the first day of our strange school holidays so 2 weeks off for me! Off to Cornwall on Thursday. Plus in picking up my new car in the next couple of days. Was reluctant to grow up and go down the 5 door route but needs must and im still quite excited! With the rugby back on this wknd, that makes 3 reasons to be a very happy bunny!! SmileGrinSmile

Happy Saturday all xx

KittyVonCatsington · 28/02/2015 08:54

Sending hugs kittiker

just I shoukd have come on here then this morning, I was awake at 4.30am till about 6am with heartburn... yummy rich food!

Yey for Rugby shiny I will be ensuring I am home in time tomorrow for the England game :)

gingerfluffball · 28/02/2015 10:21

Missing my sleep too, have had two late nights in a row (pregnancy late = 10pm) and feeling exhausted this weekend and no good for anything. Went out with dh to a cricket game reluctantly and just grumped feeling hot and uncomfortable on plastic seats for 2 hours wishing I could have a cold beer like everyone else. Confused think I need to start recognising my limits, third trimester is much less fun than second!

Hope Mull gives you a bit of headspace kittiker Thanks

bradders85 · 28/02/2015 10:25

thinking of you kittiker and pleased you and baby are ok longest
shiny I am also looking forward to the rugby! Like a few of you I too am not sleeping very well - seem to wake at 4:30 and that's it then!

I am in Manchester today for a hen do - afternoon tea then a few bar's - I am so wearing my comfy shoes!!! 31+2 and bump is getting big now and lots of strong movements :) Happy weekend x

TwinkleTee · 28/02/2015 10:30

kittiker sorry for your loss, Mull is such a beautiful and peaceful place.... Flowers

longest glad you and your little person are ok..... I have terrible pregnant lady road rage at the moment. I may have given the van driver an earful of good old Aussie swearing, which may or may not be a good thing :)

I was also up from about 4:30 till I finally dropped off at 6 again.... I was more awake then, than I feel now....I really need a lie in!

Spent the wee hours researching prams again and can't come to a decision between the Mothercare Xpedia, Cosatto Giggle 2 and the Mamas and Pappas Zoom.... any words of wisdom from the hive mind?

Snooky17 · 28/02/2015 10:39

Cracked open the yoga ball yesterday, baby seems to be breech, hb is def above belly button but some bouncing and hip rotations now mean lots of movements under my ribs prob wishful thinking lol but stupid anterior placenta means don't get to feel that many strong movements more like alien aquirmings.
Hope you have a nice break Kittiker, had 2 bereavement in the last 3 weeks too, both unexpected.
Glad to hear u are ok Longest
