Hi all,
I am still reading this thread whenever I get to a computer, but that doesn't seem to be often.
Congratulations JW, and possibly Lucy?
Wuzzle - Hope you and Anna are ok.
NJ - I really really hope your LO turns up very soon.

Izzy is now a month old and we're doing ok. She still doesn't have a clear sleeping pattern so every night is unpredictable, but I am learning to cope with less sleep. Babies really do change your life completely!

laughalot · 07/12/2006 13:06

Hi all, still got internet probs. I had a little or should I say big boy non the 24th of November 4.4kgs. We named him Leo he is an eating and sleeping machine, which is lucky as I am having probs with an infected csection wound and may have to go in for surgergery in the near future. Will post a proper announcement when I am back on my own net. Congratulations and good luck to all xxx Lucy

laughalot · 18/12/2006 13:04

Aaaah lucy glad all is ok congratulations on your big strapping lad that is the way they should be. Hope everything sorts itself out with the infected c section wound, in the mean time have a lovely christmas with your family.

apartridgeinapeachygirltree · 18/12/2006 16:23

Wow Lucy, what a big boy, congratulations hope you will be feeling less sore soon

Coriander73 · 18/12/2006 20:49

Hey all! Festive greetings

Congrats Lucy! Hope wound starts to heal soon...Wuzz, 6 weeks already?!! Wow, just where has the time gone? How is Anna doing? Peachy (love the festive name!), do you realise it's a year since we joined "Who wants a BFP in Jan 2006 thread"??!!! Can you believe it? I keep looking at Jack & thinking, this time last year... this time last year you were only a thought (possibly had already conceived!)...makes my heart melt!! Sorry, must be hormonal...they do say that although you don't have periods until you stop BF your body still has it's regular cycle...I really do feel Pre menstrual...funny!

Jack is now 13 weeks...& from two nights ago started going from 11pm till 6.30am!!!! Breakthrough.....long may it continue..well that is until he starts teeting or someother ailment keeps him up!! I am totally besotted still...making the most of it this time round because I know how quickly this lovely time passes..

wuzzlefraggle · 19/12/2006 13:39

Hi ladies. Hope that you are all well.

lucy, glad to hear from you and congrats on your little boy!!! hope that the infection gets sorted out for you, it must be very uncomffortable

NativityJane · 20/12/2006 16:43

Hello girls

Sorry I haven't been around so much, we have been a little bit busy!! Things are starting to settle into normality again just in time for christmas to cock it all up I expect!

George is doing really well, only slight problem we are having is getting his wind up, he isn't crying with it or anything, but is really unsettled for most of the night. We have tried all sorts but nothing shifts it completely. Poor little thing, it really does keep him uncomfortable. But other than that everything is absolutely perfect, can't believe how much trouble he caused in the last few weeks of the pregnancy, and yet now, we hardly know he is here!!

He and Thomas are already inseperable, George will sit and follow Thomas around the room with his eyes for ages, Thomas gives George great big kisses and cuddles, says things like 'George is my favouritest boy in the whole wide world mum' and 'awwww he is so pretty'!! And like earlier we were walking through town and Thomas said 'Look mum, that womans got a baby as well' and then whispered 'but our baby is better isn't he mummy?!!'

I am feeling really well, I thought with the quickness of the birth I'd have been quite badly brusied but I feel back to normal! My belly is still really soft and yukky feeling, but I am back in my pre-pregnancy clothes, and better than that, I actually tried some boots on in Debenhams that do up around my fat legs today, so I am now the proud owner of a lurverly pair of knee length boots that I have hankered over for years! It seems breast feeding is good for getting back into shape!!

Congrats to Lucy, sounds a bit of a drama, I hope things are starting to get back to normal now

Hope everyone else is well, is Lota next up then?

NativityJane · 23/12/2006 17:36

Just a quick message to say everything still going really well, unbelievably well actually, even the winding thing has sorted itself out!!

And to wish you all a very happy christmas, and if I don't get back on before (though I am sure I will manage it!!! ) all the best for a fantastic new year xxx

apartridgeinapeachygirltree · 24/12/2006 20:20

A quick pop on to say merry christmas everyone
Glad to know things are going well nataliejane and you too wuzz and cori.
Hope things are good for you Lota as you are next in line!!!!

HappyCatandIzzy · 28/12/2006 21:32

Happy Christmas everyone!
Izzy is nearly 8 weeks old now and we're doing really well. I can't believe how little time I have for anything other than her. I miss being on the internet every day, I manage about once a fortnight now! Hope everyone is well and not too uncomfortable waiting for their babies to arrive. And those who have their LOs now, I hope you enjoyed their first Christmas as much as we did in our house.

peachygirl · 09/01/2007 19:51

Hi thought I'd give us a bump as lOto is due tomorrow, hoping you are well!
