Welcome to the 9th grads thread...celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed. :-)

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 24th outing!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

For those not in the know, a viroid is an autocorrected version of 'ladies' from the 1st JS thread, which then stuck.

So, roll call below please, viroids. :-)

Ah cookie, I'm starting to find it all a bit more difficult now, at 24 weeks. DH to do washing, yes!

I think I would find it all so much easier without this stupid hayfever. We both have it and feel like we have horrible colds. GRRRRR. Cannot wait for the weekend.

cookielove · 03/07/2014 08:20

I think I'll.get dh to take it out of the washing machine but I'll still hang it out to dry, as hia job is washing up and mine is washing clothes and I hate washing up although still bloody do it when he forgets

Dh is off to Sonisphere tonight!

wilmabedrock · 03/07/2014 08:24

Ah so you are, yes very much not worthwhile then.

Slept the same as normal but not actually feeling too knackered..
yet...

Nessalina · 03/07/2014 08:47

Hello all! Smile Found out the poolside bar has wifi, just catching up! Hope everyone is good?
Sooo glad we decided to take a holiday - I'm doing bugger all and it's brilliant! I don't tan, so mainly hiding in the shade with a good book and eating like a piggy Grin

Bad luck on the GD Cookie, and extra sympathy for you too Zyla, though I guess at least you're used to the stabbings Blush Really hope you can keep things ok for the next 8 months! I think I'll need to watch myself, my BMI was 0.1 off the point of having to go for glucose tests, but I am being a pig, so think I need to tone down the scoffing!

My DH is not too annoying, mainly because he's off work and does the cooking and cleaning Blush But he is horribly sex deprived the poor thing... We've not even attempted it, because I've never felt less horny, so he'll really be looking forward to baby being born!!!

Min - I keep forgetting you're calling your LO after it's designated fruit size for the week. I was like 'naval orange... Wtf?!' Grin Mine is currently egg plant.

Baby is squirming lots now, still not keen on the feeling especially as it's putting the boot in at random times! Still not enough for DH to be able to feel him, can't imagine how weird that will be! Shock I'm glad we've got you more advanced viroids to warn us in advance!

By the way Wil, how's your pet tarantula getting on? Wink

22+2 today Smile

RPopz · 03/07/2014 11:00

Hey Ness - glad you're having a great time!! We booked a hol at the weekend for September.... sooooper excited Grin Grin

Morning all Smile x

Nessalina · 03/07/2014 11:06

Just having a minor panic because I had a runny egg with my breakfast and I don't think the Greeks vaccinate against salmonella Shock I got them over easy so the white was cooked all the way... Probably fine right?!

Nessalina · 03/07/2014 11:07

Ooh good for you Rpopz! Grin This has been a great time in the pregnancy to go coz I feel totally like myself again, just with a big belly, lol. You're a few weeks behind me aren't you? So September will be great! Where are you going?

HungryHorace · 03/07/2014 13:05

I'm sure the egg will be fine. But if they don't vaccinate it may be worth avoiding runny eggs from now on!

I'm carrying a honeydew melon today. The fruit comparisons annoy me as fruit and veg aren't uniform sizes. :-/

That's what I figured Ness Smile - i'll be about 22 weeksish when we go so hopefully will be enjoying a second trimester glow Wink Going to Gran Canaria... canny wait Grin xx

JuniDD · 03/07/2014 14:01

Ooh, holidays. We're going to Glasgow for the commonwealth games...not quite the same!

I think mini-Juni is a corn on the cob. I also think I am not good at being pregnant at this temperature...I would be so much more comfortable in a snow storm.

FurryScoob · 03/07/2014 15:07

rpopz I'm so jealous, we've been to gran canaria for the last few years. I booked two weeks annual leave in October to go if I wasn't upduffed. Can't wait till mini furry's big enough for us to go back!

I'm with you on the temperature juni any future pregnancys will be through the winter.

Massive airshow near us this weekend so I plan to sit on my arse, watch the red arrows & sleep.

wilmabedrock · 03/07/2014 17:10

The tarantula escaped Ness along with the python. Honestly, you couldn't make this shit up! Grin

Ooh Juni maybe we'll pass each other at the commonwealths but we'll never know! I'll just do some secret signal at every pregnant woman I see in case it's you.

Every arsing thing has gone wrong today. I would say it couldn't get any worse but that would just tempt fate.

JuniDD · 03/07/2014 17:30

My friend had a pet python that went missing. I went to stay at her house while it was gone and had Instructions on what to do if it popped out, most likely from behind the toilet. Shock

I'll know who you are wil, you'll be the lady with a python round her neck!

I came home from work early today. It's made such a difference to how I feel! Just sitting on the sofa with the tennis on, I actually feel a million dollars this afternoon! It's a lot cooler at my house than the office and I am already in my PJs... Wink Lovely.

ZylaB · 03/07/2014 18:24

We were talking about booking a week away, might aim for 22 weeks then :)

Oh, I need a little hooya I think, I bought more digital pg tests just to check the time since conception had moved on... It has and the pg came up almost immediately hehe. Just got to hide the evidence from DH now

JuniDD · 03/07/2014 18:37

Small hooya for zyla. It is exciting when it changes though, eh?!

ness meant to say on the movement, I am right there with you. My colleague told me to go home after I told her it felt like the baby was trying to claw its way out. When I'm at home I've started getting on all fours and rocking to turn it a bit so it's less scrabbly on my bladder. People keep asking me if I can feel it and how special it is...I guess they had delicate babies, not this little bruiser.

I've got midwife on Monday & can't wait to find out if this bump is big (my mum) or small (random colleagues). Place your bets!

ZylaB · 03/07/2014 19:23

Friday tomorrow wheeee

JuniDD · 03/07/2014 19:49

AMEN!

Though I am probably going to have to spend the weekend cleaning to try to reduce the things Mr Juni moans about. God, he's a grumpy fucker sometimes. GRRR

ZylaB · 03/07/2014 20:12

Tell him the quickest and easiest way for him to stop moaning, is to do it himself!!

JuniDD · 03/07/2014 20:14

You'd think wouldn't you... He had a go at me for being messy in our bedroom last week. And then when I said this morning we would spend the weekend tidying up, he said it wasn't that bad. Exactly the same!

He also said, in front of friends, that because there were no pictures on the walls, the house doesn't feel like a home. And apparently this is my fault. Argh, maybe I should start a ranty thread. I feel like kicking him up the arse sometimes!

RPopz · 03/07/2014 20:21

Haha Juni - I wish DH would clean to shut me up!!

Had a mini panic yesterday when I was telling a friend about the holiday and she was like "SEPTEMBER!?!? Will you be allowed to fly then!?" And I was like "errr... yeah? Blush " Haha. Luckily, checked and it's all fiiiiine. Smile

Mini hooya Zyla (totally can't talk... did about 7 tests haha). Just a warning though, I think those things stop working after not so long - so it might appear you're not getting any more pregnant! Not sure tho, digis are an addiction I'm yet to dabble in... maybe for the next one Wink

Someone or something is having a growth spurt today I think... feel like someone is pumping my belly up with a bicycle pump! Pregnancy is so weird.

ZylaB · 04/07/2014 06:31

Morning all! Random thought I've just had, DH and I started fertility tests, I had day 21 bloods and some others, he had a pot etc etc. just before we started to think about getting an appointment to go over the results, I found out I was pg (law of sod is ace!) but, would you still ask them if the results were fine, or should we just assume the are cos I'm pg?

wilmabedrock · 04/07/2014 08:03

If all it involves is a phone call Zyla, I'd ask them. At least then if you want another you'll know if it's likely to take a while etc.

RPopz · 04/07/2014 08:06

Yeah I'd prob still go Zyla - even if just to tell them you're preg and get referred to the midwife (not sure if your diabetes nurse would've done that already?). Plus if the very worst happens - you might want to pick up where you left off (sorry to mention that) xx Thanks

Nessalina · 04/07/2014 12:29

Hey hey Smile

Zyla - I reckon pee stick are fine until you get your 3+ weeks on a CB digi - after that it's time to stop wasting the cash! Grin I'd say definitely check your results, all is probably fine, but thru might have discovered something minor that will help you if you decide to have another.

Juni - I'm glad it's not just me, all my friends and colleagues have been like 'oh isn't it magical when they start to move?!' And I'm like yeah... If by magical you mean it feels like you're incubating a baby dragon that's scratching your insides Hmm Mind you, it is reassuring to feel him in there, I'm just hoping he's kind to me when he gets bigger Confused

Probably TMI alert, but me & DH had our first pregnancy shag yesterday!! Four & a half months without, lol, I think he was getting a bit desperate the poor thing. Was a bit worried, but it was fun actually!

Holiday still good, though managed to burn my boobs a bit Blush I'm blaming it on thinner skin! Oh and I'm covered in mossie bites - the little fuckers seem to love me!!

RPopz · 04/07/2014 13:32

4 and a half months!!? Poor Mr Ness... was it over very quickly Wink Grin
