En route to the eye hospital. Eeek! Got all my fingers and toes crossed! Will report in when I can see again later tonight.

I have to admit when the nurse said 'ectopic' I started to freak out and am now obsessing. Has anyone here had an ectopic pregnancy?

How did the eye hospital go Poly?

Congratulations Hanflan and Spotti! Feb is a great month :) (my birthday is 21st Feb and we coincidentally conceived DC1 then. How are you both feeling? Lovely idea to tell your DH on Sunday Spotti!

Funny you should say that you coincidentally conceived on your birthday barmy, I'm pretty sure that's exactly what we did too! I think if it wasn't Father's Day on Sunday, I might have already told OH (might have LOL), but since it's just two days away, it's going to fall quite nicely. I can't wait to see his face when he realises what that means...

Coincidentally, if all goes to plan, my 12 week scan will be around my dad's birthday (we're not planning on telling anyone until 12 weeks...unless I show really quickly and they guess!) soooo I'm thinking of telling my parents etc via a "Happy Birthday Grandad" card, with love from Spotti, Mr Spotti and Bump . Want to see their faces too when they cotton on to what it's saying .

Now, who was it who mentioned 'boulder boobs'? I thought it was quite a funny description when I first heard it, but now, it's completely accurate! My boobs really do feel like someone has filled them with big heavy rocks! Can't get comfy...even in a 'sporty' type bra or no bra. Any suggestions?

Anyway, only thing that helped me was wearing nothing at a night time.

I have to wedge a pillow between 'the girls' in bed. Still agony when I get up and gravity takes over. And if I get chilly... Ditched the underwiring weeks ago . Best move ever! Keep harping on about it, but GenieBra three packs, £15 if you can get one from BHS, are amazing.

I'm grumbling and sticking my bottom lip out tonight. DH has gone to get me some prune juice as once again I'm backed up. It's getting ridiculous now and might have to speak to a pharmacist. It just makes me feel all rubbish in body.

Hi I can finally see again. I had absolutely brilliant news at the Eye Hospital today. Not only have my eyes improved and are better than they were at 7 weeks, they are even better that they were the appointment before (pre-conception).

It is a huge relief. At this point when I was pg with DS I could barely see and was just starting treatment. Right now things are looking so good in comparison!

Consultant is hoping my eyes hold up like this until the 3rd tri but is expecting a few more probs towards the end. I am so happy I cried all the way home in the car!!
