chilli sorry to hear you are feeling so crap and I hope things settle down again soon. I have also lost a couple of pounds and feel mahoosive already! I had the feeling cold thing at the weekend as well - I think it's because I was so tired though. I'm only 4 + 3.

poly I feel symptomless this morning as well. Not as bloated as I was last week either!

I managed to get to the gym yesterday night. Not been for over a week as I wanted my body just to register that I was pregnant - also been too tired. Managed a 20 min run on the treadmill although legs were agony afterwards! Getting a new "pregnant" program made up for me on Friday. Also starting back to body pump on Wednesday. I'm determined to keep up with my fitness during this lol!

Well done on the gym Mel! I always thought I'd be really proactive and keep exercising right from the get go if I was pregnant, but instead I've turned into the incredible blob, usually found in my natural habitat on the sofa in front of the telly feeling sorry for myself. Have been feeling really queasy every afternoon evening for last 3 weeks but it's eased off so far today and I'm still just on the bus sailing straight past my gym...I need a kick up the bum!

8 weeks today I think. After whinging about feeling sick now worrying that I feel good today so off to google "morning sickness ending at 8 weeks" natch.

poly yes, I saw she'd posted on a pregnancy board and unfortunately whilst in france her second scan shows she has lost this baby too. She is so upset, and unsure what to do, whether to keep trying I think. Really sad, unfair and shit for her.
