I seem to have really put the shock factor in with my eye problem. I know how scared I was last time but I guess I'll just have to get through it again. But I can tell you all, it is definitely worth every scary, painful and stressful moment. This will probably be my last though. Thanks for all the well wishes.

I hope you do get another scan. I can't wait for mine! It's the best part! I'm feeling shocking and have been since Friday. It took me till 10 to get up this morning. If I wasn't pg I'd swear I was dying. 4 wks +2 till the 2nd tri!!

Hey linda I just did the same thing in my lunch hour! Phoned gp and they said I had to phone some central number in Edinburgh so I did and got 1st appt for 5th June! Woohoo! Scan also booked for 14th July - I'll be about 14 weeks then I think but we're on holiday first two weeks of July so couldn't do it any sooner. They did ask my DOB but never commented.....must be quite normal these days. Apparently the medical term for expecting mum's over 40 is geriatric mothers lol lol lol!!

I'm feeling sick today and so tired. It's my ppa afternoon and I'm finding concentrating on this work difficult!
I can't wait to just get these results and then hopefully i can get my midwife appointment sorted.

Ugh they're going to ring me after clinic has ended at about 4pm. She said the results weren't there last time they checked.

I have my first doctors app today - I know I didn't need it but going to Asia in July and needed advice on vaccinations. Also wanted to ask about allergy meds eg antihistamine. Would rather get info from doc than on google. Google is my enemy.

I feel fine today - hungry and sore boobs but nothing else. Maybe I'll also ask the doctor about all my panicking!

She rang, she said that my hcg has gone up so hopefully that's a good sign. The first one was 2500 and the second was 4000 and something (I've got 4400 in my head but it was a lot to take in) so it hasn't doubled. They've booked me in for another scan on the 14th May.

She said hopefully it's just top early but I'm pretty sure of when I ovulated.
I'm being observed at work the afternoon of my scan :/

Sounds like good news, I knew you'd get another scan before I have my first! Still waiting for the appointment!
