Bugs there will be lots of cramps, pulls, stretching. Weird little stabbing pains that freak you out. It's hard not to notice every single one I know.

Dor it must be so hard. I'm sorry.

Frank I just started with a bed time routine. Little bath, sleep suit on, bottle. Bed. It was about 6-7 weeks I think. Best thing ever. MiniJeff went down like a dream & usually stayed asleep until 10ish when it was time for next feed. We got some semblance of an evening back too which was amazing.

Tight squeeze and mullet of menkul for those in need of either. I need a nap before dinner...

Hello, nowt to report here. Quiet weekend. Trip to hospital tomorrow. Toddler spending tWO Days with grandma so I will be having a blissful lie in tomorrow :)

SinkyMalinks · 06/04/2014 19:49

I am mainly in a fog of constant feeding, weeing and crying (mostly minisinks...) and drowning in a sea of sour milky muslins. Hope everyone ok.

Sinks I thought of you the other morn when we had a poonami. I had to whip the v full nappy out as her legs were flailing close to it and she was covered. As I did, she peed, washing shit from all over her into a pooey river of wee which soaked into her clothes which were rolled up her back. I gave up and put her in the bath!

In light of your descriptions of early parenthood, I explained to SB not to expect anything from me in June as well as an enormous sleep deficit and regular poonamis! I cannot believe it will be us in 2 months. Altho my Hippo impression is very fine...

12 weeks today, bugs! I am getting my tassles out :) when is your next scan?

And about 20 for euro! When is the anomaly scan?

Good luck mums, and get some sleeping you can!

Congrats Bugs. I've got a toe grip for you til Fri

FrankelandFilly · 07/04/2014 08:48

Hurrah for 12 weeks Bugs and roll on Friday Grin

We're doing ok here, very much two steps forward one step back but it's all a learning curve and we're all getting better at understanding each other. I've decided to start using a routine of sorts, we're going to try and follow Baby Whisperer which isn't about strict timings more about just repeating the same things through the day. We'll see how we get on!

Sinks and Merks hope you and your ESHlets are doing well.

Day 13. Got some sleep. Boob woman has made some magic suggestions. Bath number 2 managed without drowning and skanky cord stump has dropped off. This is all good.

Hope you're feeling better bugs. Not long til Friday. Very sad to hear about peaches geldof. Reports are saying natural, nothing suspicious. Terrifying at 25.

Morning all :)

We went to baby school last night, so far we haven't heard anything we didn't already know, but it's reassuring knowing that other people are experiencing the same things. They seem like nice people too, though next time I'm going to try not to gabble quite so much... Blush

Very sad to hear anyone has died, especially when young, but I can't say that Peaches Geldof has ever had any impact on my life before now so I'm a little surprised at the big public reaction. That must be hard for her family to deal with too.

This evening we shall be watching Game of Thrones, hurrah! Damn baby school making us watching it late!

Off to get the whooping cough vaccination now, yay. Hope you're all doing alright.

Urgh, must book my vaccination. Not looking forward to that. Am sick of needles!

maamalady · 08/04/2014 12:08

Its the tiniest needle, Kat, I barely noticed it to be honest. It pales in comparison to all the IVF stabbing, anyway! Grin

Dearest PESH, who bought a double buggy in the end? Any advice?

KatAndKit · 08/04/2014 22:11

I have a donkey. Using it in single mode at the moment, it is great. Would highly recommend. Nice big wheels so good for all terrain. Considered mountain buggy duet but thought minikit would outgrow it too soon as he is nearly two. Also no parent facing option past carrycot stage. Looked at baby joggers and oyster Max but the donkey won hands down for me.

FriendofDorothy · 09/04/2014 13:15

Fuck, fuck and bollocks. I need this like I need a hole in the head.

Last night my Dad was in A&E with a swollen leg and the doctor thought he had cellulitis and hgave him antibiotics.

Back to the hospital today for a doppler and they are worried he has a clot (which was my first thought).

We are all meant to be flying to Cyprus next Tuesday for a family holiday. The first one since Mum died.

I am now really worried that he won't be able to come and I am really upset about it.
