Tiny Wow, your friend must be very confindent. Or very naïve. Or just have no idea at all.
I always wonder what to do in these cases. I mean, would you say to your friend 'Actually, you might want to be careful about who you tell this early, because at this stage, everything is possible...'? And risk destroying their happiness and make them all anxious? But seriously, who doesn't know that you don't tell anyone until at least 12 weeks?!
Welcome allis Can you try carrying the aspirin and vitamins around with you, and as soon as you have a time where you don't feel sick, just take them? Just a thought... Or soluble aspirin, as someone suggested. I find the vitamins much easier to take on a full stomach.
red I don't think that there is a rule as to how much blood there is in early vs late mcs...
Unless you are gushing blood, I don't think that the EPU can/will want to do very much at this stage. Most likely, they will tell you that a lot of people have bleeding and/or spotting during their pregnancies, esp in the early stages. So you might as well go on your weekend away - it might do you good!
I know it's so hard, but try to relax! Whatever happens, it's out of your hands... (this is meant to sound encouraging, not sure I am getting the tone right here). Hopefully, it'll all stop again!
Can anyone suggest an activity for the weekend that might take my mind off being pg? So far, all I have planned is gardening, but that is very dependent on the weather. I need distraction, I feel I might go stir crazy otherwise!
