Hi
This is a thread for people due in October with past miscarriage issues, so we don't scare the 'regular' October people and we don't annoy the RM thread with our pregnancy talk...

Just wanted to let everyone know I had a reassurance scan today, all looks well and I was dated 7+6 so due 11th of October. I have a cyst onmy left ovary which may be responsible for the aches I've been having but is no reason to worry apparently. Roll on 12 week scan now xx

SweetPeaPods · 28/02/2014 19:53

Great news ldt.
Apparently cysts are completely normal. They found one last pg with ds. Something to do with forming when the egg is released sounds familiar?!

nearlyreadytopop · 28/02/2014 20:07

Loving all the positive scans. 13+3 today for me, next scan is next Friday. I'm still feeling knackered with occasional bouts of nausea. Hope everyone is keeping positive and feeling as good as early pregnancy will allow.

TaytoCrisp · 28/02/2014 21:21

Lovely to hear two good scans today! Pink lemonade celebration for bugs and ldt!

ldt87 · 28/02/2014 21:24

That sounds reassuring sweet, glad someone else has had the same, she said it has no effect on the pregnancy xx

JBrd · 01/03/2014 09:07

Great news, ltd! Hope you can relax a bit now.

I'm a bit wobbly at the moment. I've not felt sick at all since yesterday, which one the one hand is good, but also making me nervous Confused I have turned into such a nut bag! Thankfully, DH is coming back today.
Oh, and I woke up with a sore throat this morning, which is probably going to turn into a big fat cold! Confused

Tumtimes1 · 01/03/2014 09:57

Hi all - Congratulations on scans to Bugs and ltd! Great news!

The time is finally here for me nearly, Monday I have my 12 week scan. Cannot believe I made it this far (so far) and i am V nervous about it. I will let you all know how it goes on Monday.

squizita · 01/03/2014 11:02

Great to hear ldt and bugs!

I'm so stressed - had pink/bloody cm at 5am (when pooing which I hope is a factor) MW and doc at A&E unconcerned, told me to monitor. Got a scan weds. Hope I make it to the scan without it increasing.

Can't stop checking now. It doesn't seem to be worse, fx will tail off.

Tumtimes1 · 01/03/2014 11:20

Squiz is your scan on wednesday your 12 week scan? Have you had any more since? I am sure it is totally because of the pooin and nothing to worry about. x

picklebum2011 · 01/03/2014 12:09

Squiz hugs as I know how horrible it is to worry. Sure it is like tum says though.

Has anyone else been regularly exercising? I've always been frequently going but am worried. Always gave it all up in previous pg only to mc anyway, specialist and counsellor said it would be fine and would be a good way of keeping busy. Any thoughts?

squizita · 01/03/2014 12:30

Thanks guys. Jinxing but ... Cm seems to be getting paler n clearer. Fx. Called my mum who said she spotted like that for the 1st tri in all her pregnancies , and wondered if the clexane might make an abrasion or cervical spotting worse. She also mentioned I seemed weller than during previous bleeds (ie big ones). :) Hoping 'mum knows best' in this instance.

TaytoCrisp · 01/03/2014 12:36

squiz could be a little rectal bleed as you are on heparin, and if you have been at all constipated. Perhaps drink lots of water, and hopefully that will be it til Wednesday.

Pickle Exercise is meant to be fine, especially if its part of ur usual routine, but I have to admit I don't do much anyway, and even less in pregnancy. I think a short walk the odd evening would be good though, especially as I am desk based normally. I think exercise is prob a good idea overall, but I would definitely take it a bit more easy than normal.

Good luck on Monday tum!

First day of spring already, hope the time flies for us til the first day of summer!!! And fingers crossed for nice healthy scans along the way.

squizita · 01/03/2014 12:39

Tayto it was definitely cervical. But I have a bleedy cervix, so hoping its just that (it can get irritated by hard/large stools for some reason!?!).

Hello ladies,
I must apologise, but I've been lurking since I got my bfp on 10th Feb. I'm off for a reassurance scan this evening and I'm really beginning to wobble. Of course, all symptoms disappeared this morning Sad

squizita · 01/03/2014 15:18

Bugs I dont have pessaries - but I do suspect its from the 'outside' of things ie cervix or fanjo. well I'm really hoping it is!!

TaytoCrisp · 01/03/2014 20:14

Welcome hobbit and good luck with your scan. If you've had it, was it ok?

Shirehobbit · 01/03/2014 20:22

Hello again ladies and thank you for the welcome Smile
I didn't intend to barge in quite so abruptly, but I was getting stupidly anxious!
We have seen a heartbeat Grin but were only measuring around 6+4(ish) and I've had one mc at 7wks (three at 5wks) so I don't feel that confident, yet.
(We don't have a LMP to date from, so it was always a bit of guesswork as to how far along I might be)
