moomin please try not to worry. I'm now 11+3 and like you symptoms have been settling down so much that sometimes I've almost felt 'normal'. Panics me no end but I just try and relax. When I MC before @ 8 weeks I just knew something was up. In fact i knew the pregnancy wouldn't continue from the moment I got a BFP. I know that sounds bonkers! But I haven't felt like that this time so I'm hoping it doesn't bite me on the arse in 10 days time at the scan!!

NannyPlumForPM · 13/10/2013 14:01

moomin I feel the same!! And then I had a huge bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes this morning, promptly puked them all up and felt lots better!!

Just finished a mahoosive glittery skeleton with dd, and now we're havin onion ring crisps for lunch :) going to do witches and pumpkins after lunch :) (v jealous of all of you having pj days!! It's back to work on Monday sigh)

Her 3rd bday next week (celebrating it on 20th not the 21st this year cos scan and work on 21st!) so lots to organise......

impatientlywaiting · 13/10/2013 14:10

Hi everyone,

Moomin I'm feeling similar too. Think my few symptoms are fading a bit - which I know is probably a normal good thing as I approach 12 weeks (but it's slightly worrying too - as it turns out I'm a worrier in general in pregnancy)

Just had a bit of a play about with the stats page, so it's in order of dates again. Worked out why the names kept getting out of sync - they weren't included in the filter so when we sorted it, it wasn't keeping names on the right line. Changed it now, so it shouldn't happen again, but I can see loads of names are on the wrong lines, but didn't know enough to change them - so it might be worth a look in there to move your name to the right line if people get a chance.

thistlelicker · 13/10/2013 14:12

When I go on stats page it doesn't show user names just how many ladies are what are and what number of dc

impatientlywaiting · 13/10/2013 14:34

Thistle there should be a tab at the top, you must be on the stats tab, but of you press the data tab it's all the individual info.

bouncysmiley · 13/10/2013 14:34

Thanks for sorting that impatiently. My ms is improving. Here's to everyone shifting it soon. Any other scans this week? Mine is Tues. Good luck to all.

moominleigh94 · 13/10/2013 14:45

Thanks everyone :) went for another swim (well, a float) and really enjoyed it. Cleared my head and I feel a bit more like "what will be will be". :)

NannyPlumForPM · 13/10/2013 15:12

Thanks impatiently

I need to get my names back from cybercats nn, but don't want to delete what's on mine! Gels names are summer, aroella and alba?

impatientlywaiting · 13/10/2013 16:19

Could just move them to a blank section Nanny so they are still there when the person's whose names they are next goes in to the thread?

Cybercat · 13/10/2013 16:52

Hi Nanny Im a bit confused, have I broken the stats page? I do need to change my EDD but havent done so yet.

Am only 5+4 (or 5?) but havent been able to drink tea at work for the last week although its better at home. Am all about the juice!

Boobs are so sore I wore a sports bra to bed last night but it was too small and I had to take it off!

In laws came over today with a beautiful bouquet. Awwe

NannyPlumForPM · 13/10/2013 16:53

Sorted :)

thistlelicker · 13/10/2013 17:05

These pins and needles are really bothering me today so much I struggle to drive :-(

impatientlywaiting · 13/10/2013 17:16

Don't worry Cyber, stats page is fine. Only thing is some of the names ideas are against the wrong mumsnet name.

NannyPlumForPM · 13/10/2013 17:22

Oh nooooo cybercat 'twas not you! My potential names just jumped against your nn so I stole them back Grin

Cybercat · 13/10/2013 18:55

Lol! I may go and have a nosy at your names now!

Xavielli · 13/10/2013 19:35

My names seem to have jumped down to Buddhaboy, strange goings on.

Blinkin' horrible heartburn again today :( probably not helped by DP's insistence on ordering pizza for dinner.

Hope everyone is starting to feel better.

randdom · 13/10/2013 21:36

MS is back with avengence this evening :(

bluestone85 · 13/10/2013 22:08

Bah. I really don't want to go back to work tomorrow after a 4 day weekend :-(

hope everyone is feeling ok and no to much ms xx

Isean · 13/10/2013 23:50

Hi all,

I hope you are all doing ok and symptoms are easing for people.

Sorry I have hardly been around and only posted occasionally, but the festival I organise started on Friday and is running until next Saturday! Things have been hectic the past few weeks, work has been very, very busy and stressful and morning sickness has been bad. I'm not keeping much down these days and tiredness is making it worse. Only 1 week to go before I can relax a bit and hopefully take a break!
I'm getting frustrated with everyone trying to wrap me in cotton wool here, not letting me lift a thing, telling me to sit down all the time, etc! I know it's only because they care and are looking out for me, but it's becoming annoying!

I am fortunate to have had my scan before the festival started so I felt a little bit of reassurance. I have now uploaded the scan photo to my profile for anyone wanting a wee look!

Anyone got any magic tips for managing stress, sleep deprivation and extreme morning sickness when you're about 12 weeks and not much has worked so far? Hmm

thistlelicker · 14/10/2013 05:15

Never fail!!! Wake up in the night for a wee and wide awake! Now sickness feeling comes along:-(

dobedobedo · 14/10/2013 06:37

Sorry you're feeling bad thistle and isean. Pretty much in the same boat over here. Toyed with the idea of taking the day off work but don't think I can. Sad

rebeccax2 · 14/10/2013 07:30

thistle we clearly have the same issue. Every night without fail, around 3:40am and then up for 2 hours or so :-(

Isean Amazing that you're at 12 weeks! You must be one of the first.

I totally know what you mean, I had a huge conference thing to organise when I was 7 weeks and it totally ruined me. It WILL all be over soon and you can sit back and bask in the 2nd trimester bliss. At least the time will fly by. Find somewhere you can take a nap.

9 weeks :-) x

rebeccax2 · 14/10/2013 07:31

Oh my god isean your scan is gorgeous!

mumof2aimingfor4 · 14/10/2013 07:40

Isean what a beautifully clear scan pic, one of the best ive ever seen :)
I find that if I eat some biscuits 20 mins before I acrually get out of bed help with nausea.
Sip your drinks dont down them or take big gulps.
Someone else mentioned orange squash, I agree I drink orange and pineapple squash.
Bananas and oranges as well as dry frosties cereal keep me ok enough to do three school runs every day.

AliOh · 14/10/2013 08:02

Wow isean your scan pic is amazing! Can't wait for mine :) booking in this afternoon going to try and convince the midwife to book me in for a scan before I go away next weekend if she can :)

10 weeks today - finally feel like I'm getting there :)
