Congrats to you too pram must have missed your update, just went back and read it. How exciting!

Have developed a huge craving for banana flavoured things over the last week or so, yoghurts, ice creams etc. Not actual bananas but that artificial banana flavour! Sadly morrisons sell no individual banana yoghurt or ice cream, have had to make do with angel delight and nesquick. If anyone spots banana yoghurt or icecream in a supermarket can you report back so i can go on the hunt? Thanks guys! Any one else having any weird cravings yet?

PramQueen1971 · 20/08/2013 15:29

I've just spewed my home made spag bol up and it tasted just as rich and delicious coming up as it did going down Smile

PramQueen1971 · 20/08/2013 15:31

Fanks, Owl. I'll keep my peepers peeled for your banana requirements. can you keep a lookout for a gorgeous bloke with a big dick? Ta.

OwlinaTree · 20/08/2013 15:34

how about this? pram?

Rockchick1984 · 20/08/2013 15:37

Owl google ice cream farms near where you live, they usually do banana ice cream. Or Muller Light do bananas and custard flavour individually, they are 10 for about £4 in asda :)

Jolleigh · 20/08/2013 15:43

PramQueen - yum yum, tasty Wink

SoSurprised · 20/08/2013 15:53

So sorry for your loss Mort :(

PramQueen1971 · 20/08/2013 15:58

Actually, Owl, I was thinking more along the lines of this

Beccadugs · 20/08/2013 15:58

Oh mort I am so so sorry - take care of yourself. We will really miss you.

I am feeling utterly rubbish today, keep being sick, and the nausea is really intense. This on top of the brown discharge and the EPU fobbing me off is making me feel pretty miserable....

MTBMummy · 20/08/2013 16:01

Owl - congrats! I have added you to the stats

Oh mort I'm so sorry. Take care of yourself x

LyraSilvertongue · 20/08/2013 16:05

Becca, it's rubbish that they're not taking you seriously. Really unfair to make you wait, even if a scan now won't affect the outcome. The not knowing is dreadful.

I've got my scan tomorrow Smile My mum is taking the boys out for the day and DP has the day off work so we can spend some quality time together for a change Smile Getting nervous that they'll find something wrong though.

April13 · 20/08/2013 16:15

Sorry to hear your news Mort Flowers

faithfulandtruthful · 20/08/2013 16:23

Lyra after my booking in my OH and I arranged to go out so I had something to look forward to if the appointment didn't go well. We went to the cinema and then for dinner, my appointment went fine but I was feeling pretty emotional, it was good to keep my mind off things for a while and spend some quality time with DH of cause. I don't have to worry about DD or DS's yet, this is my first.

liberuna · 20/08/2013 16:35

[Flowers] so sorry Mort look after yourself.

OwlinaTree · 20/08/2013 17:18

ooh pram don't know where to look! It could put me off the bananas!

Thanks mtb, will check it out.

rockchick thanks for the tips, will check out the yogs, sound yum.

PramQueen1971 · 20/08/2013 17:49

Faithful, why were you expecting booking-in to be difficult? Had someone told you it was awful?

LyraSilvertongue · 20/08/2013 18:00

We might do similar, Faithful.
Midwife said at my booking in that an elective shouldn't be a problem as I've has one emcs and a dreadful ventouse delivery so I have a good excuse. Also, because I'm soooooo old I'll be looked after by a consultant from 16 weeks. I felt like one of those freaky grannies who get pregnant by donor at age 70 or something Grin

Imeg · 20/08/2013 18:03

Mort, I'm really sorry to hear of your loss: hope you're looking after yourself.

Imeg · 20/08/2013 18:11

My husband does the shopping and cooking (mainly because he hates washing up), and I am driving him slightly to distraction in terms of menu planning as a) I have a wheat intolerance b) am picky about meat re animal welfare and c) have gone off various foods I used to enjoy, especially fish. Ooops!
He is being very patient but can't quite grasp that I feel sick both when I don't eat and when I do eat! 12+1 now so hopefully nausea will recede soon.

Edamame · 20/08/2013 18:25

So sorry mort Sad

JK10 · 20/08/2013 18:42

mort I am so so sorry for u and your DP we are gonna miss you on here and wish you lots of luck in the future. Take care of yourself hun.

LyraSilvertongue · 20/08/2013 18:47

Imeg, I've gone off meat a bit which is really unlike me as I'm usually a bit of a carnivore. I'm much keener on carbs (noodles, bread, pasta, pastries) and lots of cheese.

In other news, Katie Hopkins is the most vile creature on this planet. I know this won't be news to anyone.

x0gawjus0x · 20/08/2013 19:03
