Just Shagging Grads, here is your shiny new Fred!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The last thread saw plenty of births and we've got loads of new Grads to add to the mix. Bring on the TMI posts, the midnight moans, the birthwatches and the pom poms!

Our stats thread is here, so if you find us, please add your stats too.

There is also a Just Mumming thread for grads of the grads thread

And if you want to find out what Just Shagging is about or catch up with the undergrads go say hello to the Just Shaggers here, now on the 17th thread.

Cookie how did the scan go?

Blondies good luck! So exciting! I can imagine it would be strange not to have a good memory of your baby's birth, glad no 2 was more positive and no 3 hopefully even better!

cookielove · 24/09/2013 16:28

Hello ladies. Just wanted to let you know the scan showed the baby died at 8+ weeks so I will be leaving you all. Good luck with all your future babies!

thethreeblondies · 24/09/2013 16:41

Morning Smile How is everyone? Told the inlaws about being upduffed yesterday - my MIL cried!! Only 11 more days til 12 week scan, can't wait to get it out of the way and stop worrying.

thethreeblondies · 29/09/2013 09:01

Hi Nessa glad your inlaws were so happy, it doesn't seem that long ago I was waiting for our 12 week scan, now I'm counting down to due date Grin

37+1 baby still very wriggly, one minute bump is low then it moves all up and out front again, so I don't think it's imminent, although still pausing at every twinge and ache Smile

roodles84 · 03/10/2013 17:03

I've been waiting patiently and finally my 12 week scan is tomorrow! My moods have been worse this week, especially when I get tired. Still, I've got a 4 day weekend starting now, yay!

thethreeblondies · 04/10/2013 09:49

Good luck for your scan roodles Smile

Nessalina · 04/10/2013 19:53

Hope all goes well Roodles! Grin I've got a four day weekend too, once I've got thru Saturday morning at least!

HumptyDumptyBumpty · 06/10/2013 23:01

Hope your scan went well roodles and hope yours goes well, nessa.

God, had such an emotional fortnight. I must be empty of weeping now, surely?

Hi all! Back from my long weekend and returned to the real world now. Scan was amazing - I can't get over how much detail we could see! Confirmed that there is only one in there and it's got a heartbeat, so we're happy with that.

The only slightly worrying thing is that the baby is already sized at 13 weeks, despite only being 12 weeks. Does this mean I'm going to have a mega-baby??

PrincessKitKat · 08/10/2013 23:47

Great news on your scan Roodles! I was also dated a week ahead, as was my friend, so I don't think it's anything too out of the ordinary Smile

Nessa is your scan next? Fx

I'm enjoying 14+ weeks! No more nausea and my first maternity shopping trip (after being told I looked 'huge' in trousers 2 sizes too big - upsizing just doesn't work!!). Feeling snazzy in my Simon Cowell trews!

roodles84 · 09/10/2013 17:05

Thanks for the reassurance PrincessKitKat - they said it was normal for it to move by a couple of days, but a week is more than a couple of days!

Where did you buy your maternity clothes from? I looked around and couldn't find any physical shops that stocked maternity clothes, so ended up buying some leggings, jeggings and long top/dresses. All nice and stretchy.

PrincessKitKat · 09/10/2013 23:04

I got an amazingly comfy pair of work trousers & some skinny jeans both from red herring at Debenhams. They've got some nice tops & jumpers too but I really don't want to spend a lot on things I'll only wear for a few months.

I've got a few Next bits off eBay but the tops make me look huge, so they're in reserve!

HumptyDumptyBumpty · 15/10/2013 22:29

roodles I was dated a week on at my first scan too - it should mean they move your EDD back.

Maternity clothes - ASOS are really good, next (eBay) are good, some Mamas and Papas stuff is nice (and you can try on in store for once).
Generally, expect to have to plan ahead about 3 weeks from when you want to wear something - you have to order, return, try different size, return that and repeat! H&M are APPALLING - they ship their maternity wear (by BOAT) from Sweden. Four weeks on, I am still waiting for a fecking pair of leggings.

How's everyone doing?

Hi everyone,

I don't know if anyone will remember me (was Kateepie back then) but I had my LO a couple of years ago and was on the viroids threads back then.

I had an early mc in August (6 weeks), and got a strong bfp 3 days early this week, am 4 weeks exactly today Smile

Can I join in please?

roodles84 · 24/10/2013 19:32

Welcome back Mightily! And congratulations!
