Some good looking bumps there Sweetie & Trix*

Sleep wise MrS is also a solid sleeper so he rarely gets disturbed by my tossing and turning.

Keep so you're all midwife approved now, well done! I am aso imaging you now with a leotard, leg warmers and a head band Grin

So I got my letter from the NHS regarding my downs screening risk and I'm low risk at 1:21000 which I'm very relieved about even though the harmony result came back low anyway.

I'm looking forward to a weekend with my folks up in the midlands, what is everyone else up to?

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 16/08/2013 16:31

Aaw bumps are looking good ladies :):)

Not much planned this weekend, were trying to be a bit thrifty on the run up to our holiday :) except for the money I accidentally spent in primarni on some very cute clothes for K Wink

ThedementedPenguin · 16/08/2013 20:14

Bumps are looking good.

I'm curious as to when ill start showing as I only started showing last time around 30 weeks.

There's a fair day on where my mum lives, so I'm going to take ds to it to see the horses and other animals. So I'm looking forward to it.

solars that's great news. Sounds like a good weekend.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 16/08/2013 20:23

Lovely bump Trix Smile

You didn't show till 30 weeks Pen Shock

Boo primarni doesn't count Wink

So, got some maternity jeans today. I'm in a whole new world of comfort Grin

ThedementedPenguin · 16/08/2013 20:59

I Can't remember exactly when I started showing, but I remember at my 28 week appointment with community mw she told me to stop wearing my normal jeans or if I was going to wear them put a hair bobble in them.

I just bought leggings at that point. So it might of been around that time but I'm not 100% sure.

maybe I used the hair bobble method on my skinny jeans today, felt so much better. Not sure how long I'll last this time as some of my clothes are tight already. Which sucks. Where did you get your maternity jeans?

NoMaybeAboutIt · 16/08/2013 21:13

I've been using that trick for the last week Pen, but it gets very uncomfortable when I sit down all day at work. I got mine from new look. I've seen some lovely ones online too that I may treat myself to if when I get past the 12 week mark.

Oh, and my scan came through, it's not till I'm 13+1 Sad

ThedementedPenguin · 16/08/2013 21:44

What date is that?

I'll be 12 weeks on the 21st Sept. which is a week after ds' first birthday. My mum is away for 2 weeks around then so I'm hoping I get it before she goes but we shall see.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 16/08/2013 21:58

It's the 16th September. It would just be nice to stop having to pretend I'm not preggers!

Fingers crossed your scan comes early Smile

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 16/08/2013 22:01

I was in maternity clothes at about 10 weeks with K Shock Blush

Well, I think I have heard the single most wonderful thing I have heard in (about 3.5 years) ages, K has got her giggle on Grin actual proper giggles, all I had to do was make piggy snorts at her Grin

ThedementedPenguin · 16/08/2013 22:22

That is so cute boo how old is K?

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 16/08/2013 22:27

She's 3 months Penguin and such a cutiepie Grin

keepitgoing · 16/08/2013 22:41

Aww boo :)

Mat clothed already maybe! I got mine at 22 weeks.

trix I think you're not too obvious yet dep on clothes, but assume you were slim before, so guess its more obvious to those who know you.

Crazy how we all vary, isn't it? :)

NoMaybeAboutIt · 16/08/2013 23:02

Yep, I'm just a fatty!

That's too cut Boo baby laughs are the most infectious thing ever!!

cartoontrickster · 17/08/2013 08:33

keep your right. I can hide it very well in my high wasted jeans and a looser top. I have grown out of most of my jeans. i think if you didn't know me you'd be unsure if I was fat or pregnant haha!
maybe don't worry, I pile the weight on v.quick and was soon finding normal clothes uncomfy.
my mum has warned me about putting on too much as I won't loose it Hmm .
penguin Shock . I think you will show quicker this time though.
boo that is just lovely!

NoMaybeAboutIt · 17/08/2013 09:01

I've actually lost weight question feeling so rubbish, but I can't stand anything on my bloated tummy, especially when I'm cramped on the train and at a desk all day! I'm still keeping fit, so I'm not worried about piling weight on just yet Wink

What do people have planned today? I'm still I'm bed

cartoontrickster · 17/08/2013 09:11

I'm in bed too! the spare room is decorated now but all the crap I was keeping can't go back in so we are having a massive clear out today.

OP posts:
ThedementedPenguin · 17/08/2013 09:33

I'm so jealous. I want to be in bed. However ds is wrecking the living room with a tin foil tube and a hairbrush.

So it is raining here so I doubt ill be going to fair day. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do today. Although dont want to sit in all day.

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 17/08/2013 09:42

I'm not in bed and a really really want to be :(

Not much planned but loads I need to do just can't be arsed Wink

NoMaybeAboutIt · 17/08/2013 09:43

I love how kids amuse themselves Pen!

Nothing like a spring clean Trix!

I'm about to head off for a 5 miler with the pup!

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 17/08/2013 10:12

Well I've now got to pop out and collect my new travel pop up cot that I just got off FB for K's holiday :) twas a bargain :) (and will fit in much better than our huge normal travel cot)

SweetieTime · 17/08/2013 12:39

I have finally been to bravisimo and treated myself to new bras. I am hoping my poor squished boobs will now be more comfortable.

I also bought each twin a comforter. They were much spendy from the white company but I couldn't resist.

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 17/08/2013 13:01

Ooh your boobs will thank you Sweetie :) the comforters sound very sweet

NoMaybeAboutIt · 17/08/2013 13:55

Yay for new bras Sweetie! That's next on my list. The double boob look is not good Wink

I love the white company!! The comforters sound amazing!!

Did you get your travel cot sorted Boo?

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 17/08/2013 16:30

Ooh toddly boo had some White Company bedding, it was lush :)

I am indeed the proud owner of a Samsonite pop up bubble cot, absolute bargain, the bloke had only used it once it's like brand new :) (I used to be excited about new shoes and dresses, and spend my money on hair cuts Hmm)
