Chaffinch how awful. I hope something works it makes you so miserable and worried that you aren't taking in what you need

ChocChaffinch · 14/08/2013 21:15

it's awful Sad

EverthingcrossedforApril14 · 14/08/2013 21:17

That is amazing Pink, congratulations, so exciting. Cannot wait for my own scan. I think your a week ahead of me, think your the 31st of March?

As to the symptoms sometimes I feel rubbish and other times fine, it comes and goes. I thought I no longer had sore boobs until DS walked over me boobs when I was lying in bed, they are now really sore x

6 + 1 and counting x

Nessalina · 14/08/2013 21:58

Evening all! Smile
I am feeling sooooo fat today Sad Bought myself a pair of uniform trousers a size up. Can't bear the waist band digging in!
Had some serious rage today at a random shop assistant - I didn't shout at her or anything, it was mainly internalised and gave me a mega headache!! I paid for my shopping then handed over my loyalty card because she hadn't asked for it, and she said it was too late because the transaction had been completed, didn't apologise or anything! Didn't even LOOK sorry. I made her refund everything and put it back on so I could get the points. Blush That's mental, right?

prettyinpink90 · 14/08/2013 22:18

That's exactly what I would have done too Nessa those points all add up in the end!

OrangeLilyLady · 15/08/2013 07:07

Bunny I do hope your pain is relieved soon by your hormonal changes, as is my fatigue etc. It would be nice to think that being pregnant might actually make us both feel better than normal.

Anyone else been dreaming more than normal? I don't normally remember my dreams if I do have them, but almost since the day I conceived I've been having some weird dreams and remembering them every night. Strange!

Lily (5+3)

Ninunina · 15/08/2013 07:19

So sorry to hear about your loss sausage! Most of us are counting the days till we reach 12 weeks, but I guess you won't lie still until your baby is in your arms. It's quite a scary reality that is not really spoken about much. My mum had a sleeping angel born at 24 weeks and she is constantly reminding me to take it easy with this pregnancy.
Let's keep our fingers crossed that we will all have healthy April babies.

boldlittlebird · 15/08/2013 07:19

aaargh I have colour when I wipe. Hardly anything really, brownish rather than red, but still worrying me. Breasts are still just as sore so no drop in symptoms, but still . . .

Don't know if it's connected to going to the gym last night, but I only managed 5 minutes on the treadmill before the man on the next machine collapsed and I had to administer first aid Shock

Come on bean, you can do it

prettyinpink90 · 15/08/2013 07:42

Morning ladies!

orange I've had a few really strange dreams that I've remembered, must be something to do with hormones maybe?
Last night in bed I just started sobbing my eyes out because I couldn't sleep, after my OH had calmed me down I led awake wondering why I'd been crying over something so silly!

Ninunina · 15/08/2013 07:43

Brown is no reason to worry bold, just give your gp or epu a call and try and get a scan this morning to put your mind at rest. I had some bleeding with DD at 9 weeks, its scary but hopefully nothing to worry about as long as the blood is not fresh.

boldlittlebird · 15/08/2013 07:51

Thanks ninunina, I will try calling my doctor. I haven't had my first GP appt yet as you can't get a date less than three weeks away at my surgery, so they even don't know I'm pg. Time to surprise them Smile

Got to go to work now, should distract me from freaking out too much.

greentshirt · 15/08/2013 07:58

Oh no boldliitlebird! Hope everything is ok. It's such a worrying time isn't it. I tortured myself go an hour last night reading missed miscarriage stories so now im convinced I'm going to have one. Must get a grip!

I'm 5+4 today and I feel a bit bigger this morn, my PJ bottoms are a bit tighter, feels different to bloating so hopefully that's a good sign!

Have a good day everyone, hope all these little beans stay sticky for us xx

Vikkijayne2507 · 15/08/2013 08:20

6 + 3 today I had to call in a bit late to work today as my tummy was really hurting, through really bad bloating it was hurting me never had that before and it was worse laying on my back so had to lay on my side. Not a fan of that. I still have to wait a week and a bit till I can book in with midwife and thats just to get an appointment might even be longer im feeling impatient. I kinda want someone to tell me yes you are pregnant as it just doesnt feel real.

prettyinpink90 · 15/08/2013 09:22

bold hope everything is ok! give your GP a call and see what he suggests. The first 12 weeks are a really anxious time and don't know if you feel the same but I feel like your a bit on your own until your first scan. 12 weeks is a huge amount of time to wait when your in limbo isn't it.

vikki hope your tummy is a bit better now. I've felt really bloated the past couple of days. I feel like a balloon full of air. I know what you mean about it all not feeling real, I need to see something to believe it.

Prestonpig78 · 15/08/2013 09:44

Hi,

I am new to the post. 7 + 2 today and taking each day at a time as anxious about mc.

I have had an internal scan at 6 weeks at my local epu and saw a heartbeat.

Symptoms not too bad. Main sympton is bloating and period like pains which I get everyday. A bit of nausea but no sickness, boobs a bit sore and more tired than usual but not too bad.

Due 1 April 2014.

boldlittlebird · 15/08/2013 10:03

Thanks greentshirt, pretty. It hasn't developed any further than a little bit of brown stuff, so I'm hanging in there. I am deliberately not allowing myself to think too much about it! Whatever is going to happen, there's not much I can do to change it.

Haven't got through to the doctor's yet, I'll try them again now. I suspect that as I'm only 6+2 they'll just fob me off . . . I'll update later!

boldlittlebird · 15/08/2013 10:09

Just spoke to the doctor's, they were actually very nice Blush and have arranged me an appt at 11:20am, plus put me in touch with the midwife. Feel a bit better now, with some support coming!

prettyinpink90 · 15/08/2013 10:20

bold glad you have managed to get an appointment at your GP, they will look after you but I'm sure everything will be ok!

Hi preston congratulations! I have very similar symptoms to you. Are you from Preston too?

bunnygoesbang · 15/08/2013 11:02

Hope all is ok bold bird glad you have an appointment. I had lots of bleeding and spotting with my dd who is now 7 they said its only a big concerning its lots and you have pain as well.

I'm on count down to scan this afternoon I just can't wait. Please everyone keep everything crossed for me it better be there and in the right place lol

Lots if sickness yesterday and feeling rough again today so making friends with salty crips. Also having headaches a lot

runninggirl85 · 15/08/2013 11:27

Hope everyone is feeling ok.

I'm tired today but nothing more. Have an appointment with the midwife next Tuesday..i'm hoping they will tell me how far along i am. Irregular periods are a nightmare and i just want to know.

Anyhow, fingers crossed for us all, these weeks are so scary x

Goldenhandshake · 15/08/2013 11:34

Fingers crossed for you Bold, I am sure it is nothing but I was in the same place a few days ok, except I was losing pink blood, it stopped and I have had nothing since but it was very worrying. I hope the GP can put your mind at rest.

bunnygoesbang · 15/08/2013 11:40

Oh now I am bleeding as well Hmm

bunnygoesbang · 15/08/2013 11:54

Bold bird it's the same as you brown and I'm 6+3. Just spoke to a midwife on the early unit they don't so anything until 8 weeks but she's glad I have a scan this afternoon.
Fingers crossed for us both. She says its not uncommon as it could be settling in x

prettyinpink90 · 15/08/2013 11:56

bunny good luck for this afternoon! x
running I also had irregular periods so have no idea of how many weeks exactly I am. Hopefully we'll find out soon, I haven't even got my appointment through yet.
bunny oh dear, hope you're ok? can you ring your GP or midwife and see what they suggest?

Tea1Sugar · 15/08/2013 12:01

Hope everything is ok bunny and bold,

I'm only 4w but is lots of milky white discharge in my knickers cause for concern? I can't remember from my last pregnancy.
