Evening Ladies, hope everyone is well, I cannot believe only one day has passed since I was last on MN, this is the slowest passage of time ever!
I am 5 weeks today, anyone else not having very many symptoms? my sore boobs are no more and other than feeling like I am on a boat sometimes and exhausted all the time, nought else much happening. My GP told me that it was usual to have symptoms prior to six weeks, I had plenty when I was first pregnant, but not so much anymore, this is all confusing and worrying.
Hope you are all doing well and tolerating the wait!
Re: telling people, we did not tell anyone until after the first scan with DD, she was the first grandchild on both sides and we did not want to deal with other peoples disappointment and sadness if something happened. With DS we told family and a few close friends from about 6 weeks, there were some medical issues early in pregnancy and I needed to attend the hospital frequently so we needed family to help look after DD. Not sure when we will say to family and friends this time, my sister-in-law recently had a MC so that is making me reluctant to say anything.
My friend who has had a number of MC and one ectopic pregnancy said that is always best to tell a few people that you are close to because if something does go wrong it is easier to contact people and get a lot of support immediately.
