Sorry joskar but Grin. At your DH spritzing the Mr Muscle round like its air freshener!

kami really hope everything's ok for you

Dorita75 · 11/06/2013 19:02

Just sending positive thoughts to you kami You're in the right place.

Joskar · 11/06/2013 19:53

Kitten He's got form on the (non) bathroom cleaning. When I had really bad morning sickness he helped me out by cleaning the bathroom (though since when was the cleaning of the bathroom solely my responsibility?!). He took all the stuff out and started cleaning the tiles only to, halfway through, decide that really the tiles needed re-grouting so he would do that instead. It took two days for the grout to set and nothing was put back in that time. Also he was so vigourous in his toilet cleaning that he broke the brush and I had to buy a new one.

Help like this I can live without!

weebarra · 11/06/2013 19:58

Thinking of you kami, hope you're being well looked after.

Sorry about the quadruple post. I blame the phone!

KamikazeeKid · 11/06/2013 20:18

weebarra thats a lotof concern haha!

To all you bleeders especially with low lying placenta how much blood did yiu get? Mine appeared during first wee of day but then stopped very quick just old blood. Nothing since other than during examinations.

Im still not sure whats bleeding but they not concerned unless bleed again.

Im being kept in for monitoring.

Anyone flown after a bleed?

Thanks everyone for kind messaÄŸes ive welled up reading them!!

On fbook will posts come up in non group members feeds? Just wondering if people will see that r not in group?

Kittenkatzen · 11/06/2013 20:25

Hahaha joskar that's brilliant - although not massively helpful of course Grin

kami glad everything seems ok. Re the fb group it's a private group whilst posts to the group show up on your own news feed, nothing shows up on your timeline or your friends news feeds. Basically nobody that isn't in the group gets to see anything Smile

SGJ · 11/06/2013 20:30

Nah, it's a private group so no-one but us will see your posts (which is why I'm not holding back with the constant spreadsheet updating!!)
So glad it doesn't seem to be anything serious Kami - I'm jut catching up with today's posts now and was halfway through texting my sister to get her to ask the doctors at work on your behalf!!
Keep meaning to say - having a sister as a midwife means I'm always getting requests from friends to ask her something random about pregnancy etc - if anyone has any questions they want me to ask her then feel free to message me on FB as she's always more than happy to help.

herewego2 · 11/06/2013 20:31

Kami - I hope you are OK by now. I've had 2 bleeds earlier on and everything is fine. XXX

herewego2 · 11/06/2013 20:31

Sorry, just felt like I jinxed myself, I should say everything is fine so far!

jennimoo · 11/06/2013 20:41

The FB group is definitely private, although it did put that I had joined in my public profile and i expect my normal one too! Only in activity, not groups. I just went to my timeline and eventually tracked down where it said I'd been 'invited' to the group and clicked the button to remove from timeline.

I'm suspicious of FB 'privacy' after it started posting all my updates and and photos as public a few m

jennimoo · 11/06/2013 20:42

Oops
Months ago for no reason.

Girraferama · 11/06/2013 20:49

Big relief Kami hope you are ok. I had pink spotting at 7 weeks and again at 17. Only on wiping and both times happened 2-3 times in 1 day then not again. Both times I've been told they aren't really concerned unless there is more (tablespoon?) and if its brighth red. Brown or pink seems to be very common - terrifying when it happens but more often than not, nothing to worry about.

Touchwood, I've had nothing since and I flew to Spain at 24 weeks.

Joskar · 11/06/2013 21:08

So glad that it seems to be ok and that you are getting looked after, Kamikazee. This pregnancy thing is pretty crazy/terrifying at times.

Kitten in fairness to himself I am more capable of cleaning that I am of regrouting so perhaps we should just play to our strengths!

EmmaDee · 11/06/2013 21:31

Glad to hear your ok Kami thank goodness!

I have just got home and realised I don't have a pee pot for my mw apointment tomorrow, the appointment is at 9 so can't even go to chemist before. Ugh. Anyone got any ideas of what I could use, something you van find round the house!!!

EmmaDee · 11/06/2013 21:31

*can

Readytosettle · 11/06/2013 21:35

Emmadee just turn up with a full bladder & say u forgot. They'll send u off to the loo during the appointment.

EmmaDee · 11/06/2013 21:40

Ready, will they? My mw is pretty useless, and is always short of time. Dunno if she'd let me!

PurplePoppySeed · 11/06/2013 21:53

Wow it's been a crazy day, glad to hear you're ok kami fings crossed for release with all well ASAP!

mooster thanks - glad its not just me having legs/arms trying to get out ;)

So I've got to 26 weeks and since my bump pic on FB I've suddenly popped out and in the last week have gone from mild back pain to full on PGP/SPD, can't walk properly, can't sleep, shoulder pain, swelling legs etc + emotionally exhausted at work. I've been getting a taxi to the office from Waterloo everyday and I'm still dead on my feet as soon as I get home (90 mins each way is not going well). I'm seriously re-thinking my finish date /sorry rant over

jennimoo · 11/06/2013 21:54

The MW decided to replace my pot this time and almost forgot to give me another. When I asked for one she said it wouldn't have mattered and I could have just got one next time and gone to the toilet.

If you don't take a pot might be good to be 5 minutes early and ask when you book in if they have one.
