Oh sparks Smile ! so happy for you!

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 30/06/2013 15:00

What a lovely and fast birth you had with him, well done. Isn't it super rare for a baby to be in an intact sac? So pleased for you, can't wait to see the pic. Thanks

Hey sparks how's life going as a mummy?

When is trix back?

I have just had a massive strop about dh Always. Having. The tennis. On. Aaaargh. Stupid small flat makes it hard to storm off too...

But I made a lovely fish pie for dinner.

solars how are the symptoms?

sweetie how's everyone taken the twin thing? Mostly shocked, or excited?

Solars · 01/07/2013 17:41

Hey Keep my main symptom is tiredness. However I have still been spotting since last Thursday so have been feeling very anxious. No pain which I think is a good sign. I spoke to the clinic on Saturday who said that it is common and quite likely from my cervix also given my good scan and bloods they've just told me to keep a watchful eye on things. They have told me to stop the clexane and aspirin as that's probably exacerbating the bleeding. I'm back in again on Wednesday for another scan. Really scared of what I'll see but I'm trying to be really positive, figured there's not much I can do anyway so resting and trying to keep my mind off it.

Solars · 01/07/2013 17:42

You're lucky you're DH doesn't watch cricket Keep, can you imagine hours of that day in day out.....

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 01/07/2013 17:50

Oh Solars pointless of me to say try not to worry, but I'm sure it's all fine, brooking for your scan

OP posts:
BeedlesPineNeedles · 02/07/2013 07:14

solars sorry about teh spotting, hope the scan goes well. I'm brooking that everything is fine.

I have been busy facebook stalking and I have worked out who you are keep :o But did you know your facebook page is public so I could see loads of stuff. I don't mean I've spent hours stalking you Shock just that it was more public than most peoples pages that I'm not friends with.

Your challenge for today is to work out who I am :o

keepitgoing · 02/07/2013 10:04

Good point about the cricket... At least it's only two weeks a year.

beedle I'll try now, but if we aren't friends and you're not on the group... Ooh and thanks for the tip, I'll try and make it private.

solars some people have a little burst blood vessel nothing to do with the baby, which can bleed. Also, the ivf drugs gave you such a plump lining I think it's more common even than non ivf pregnancies. Brooking for you x

Solars · 02/07/2013 12:02

Hi, thank you ladies, I'm trying my best not to worry but it is soooo hard!! The last couple of days spotting has been very slight and I do think the dildo camming is what has triggered something! All will be revealed tomorrow! When does the worrying stop though???!!

SweetieTime · 02/07/2013 12:15

Solars my clinic also said spotting is very common after dtd so imagine dildocam is the same. As keep says it is due to cerfix been lovely for embie nestling but fragile to other intrusions. Brooking that all is good on the scan tomorrow. How far will you be?

I much prefer tennis to cricket or golf. we are big formula one fans in our house. fortunately we both love it as I know this can get on other people's nerves.

My brother has told his kids we are having twins. they are 4 and 6 so loads of questions. They are both making lists of names for us, although the youngest wants us to call one the same as him. I explained that might get a bit confusing. he also asked if I was scared and would I cry. I told him the drs and nurses would look after me. I didn't like to tell him I am petrified and will probably cry buckets.

Solars · 02/07/2013 14:52

Sweetie that is very cute about what your bros kids have said. I will be 7+1 tomorrow.

Munxx · 02/07/2013 15:28

Brooking hard Solars hope you are OK.

NoMaybeAboutIt · 02/07/2013 16:38

Brooking for you tomorrow Solars even though we know you and sunbeam are just fine!

Sparks Grin Grin fun ain't it Grin

Sweetie, Keep how are you both doing?

Well I've just watched a programme filmed in my little town and spent the whole time thinking 'you don't get there from that road', or 'that's not a bus stop' also they used my midwife base as A and E and the place where my baby weigh clinic is for a college. Tis very odd watching it.
