Ignore them Sparks people seem to delight in other people's misery and forget what is it really like.

Sweetie your placenta will be taking over some of the work after 12 weeks so your body gets a bit of a break, you will start to feel a bit better soon.

Keep better you have discussions about your labour and expectations now and not end up having a massive row on the day, looking at you Mr B cause problems later :)

I did have a lovely long post written then MN ate it, greedy MN!!

Oops, posted too soon!

Told me they had him on shift till 7.30 and would I mind calling them and telling them I was in labour (basically he didn't sort his shift out and wanted me to do it) my reply was very 4 letter worded!

When he got home I found out he hadn't packed himselfhimself hospital bag even though he said he had/would so we were nearly late.

While we were at the hospital in the full throws of labour every single time I went to grab his hand he was asleep! actually very nearly punched him in the face, only thing stopping me was the drip in my hand wouldn't let me reach Blush

That's the short version.

SweetieTime · 12/06/2013 12:23

boo I bet they put short drips in for that very reason. I think men are doing well if they don't get a slap during labour Wink

So exciting looks like we will be getting a new graduate very soon. I am so chuffed

EverythingIsTicketyBoo · 12/06/2013 13:03

GrinGrin maybe they do Sweetie

Right, pop your feet out of the way, I had better run a Hoover through this place ready for the new grads which is more than I do at home Wink

Virtual house work is much more fun than the real stuff'

SweetieTime · 13/06/2013 10:05

I would have thought proper sickness would have kicked in ages ago. I wonder if it has been delayed due to the meds and now I am weening of they are showing themselves.
I bet I have a bit of a wiff of sick and I caught the edges of my hair and pebble dashed my tights

cartoontrickster · 13/06/2013 15:00

Sparks fingers crossed for the scan tomorrow, hope it shows Twinks has got his head down and is ready for arrival. Get bouncing, swivelling and rotating or whatever it is you do in the birth ball lovely

Fortunately I had some extra strong mints so wasn't too bad, but I will get some mouth wash. Am going to work from home tomorrow in case it happens again. Also being sick in the work toilet was pretty grim, thank goodness none of the other cubicles were occupied. I have felt surprising well for the rest of the day so maybe it has done me good.
