I'M glad everythign has worked out for you suffolk.

Quick question, is it normal for the imbedding cramps to swap sides?

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHopeful · 14/03/2013 14:12

suffolk congrats. Can I join the good news bandwagon.

Had my scan too and embryo has a nice strong heartbeat (162 bpm) and is measuring 7+6 (I think I'm at 7+3).

SpanishLady · 14/03/2013 14:21

oooh Im partial to historical porn too - current fave is Spartacus (admittedly its light on the historical - still all those aussies and kiwis running around in their knickers amuse me no end)

vix206 · 14/03/2013 14:22

Mumma there's a very well documented sleep regression that hits at 4 months Confused I remember it well, it lasted 8 weeks with DS Hmm

SpanishLady · 14/03/2013 14:22

lovely wheshewasbad

am jealous of people seeing beans ):

vix206 · 14/03/2013 14:26

Oops can't keep up with you lot - I see the sleep regression has already been mentioned!

MummaPanda · 14/03/2013 14:39

Oh man vix, 8weeks!?! Rly hope it doesn't last that long!! Sad

Dizzy81 · 14/03/2013 14:42

Whenshewasbad, yeah well done!

God I'm feeling a bit light headed - jelly bean must be on a growth spurt and I've munched all day!

CheeseandGherkins · 14/03/2013 14:50

suffolk so pleased the scan went well!

saundy good luck for tomorrow

whenshewasbad great news about your scan too!

dizzy I've been feeling dizzy and lightheaded quite a bit, especially when standing up.

harverina · 14/03/2013 14:54

My dd went through the 4 month regression for about 3 months! Are you Breastfeeding? If so it could be linked to sucking to sleep - I recommend elizabeth pantly no cry sleep solutions big time! It changed out lives haha but not sure if 4 months is a bit young to use it, I can't remember what it recommended. Basically we broke the cycle of my dd sucking to sleep - it meant that every sleep cycle she was wanting a feed as it was the only way she could get to sleep!!!

harverina · 14/03/2013 14:56

Dizzy not sure if it is embedding cramp that I get but I do get pains on both sides at different times.

MTB82 · 14/03/2013 15:07

suffolk and whenshewasbad delighted for you both. Such great news. Aghhhh can't wait for mine....so impatient. Oh it must be absolutely heart wrenching to hear them there. So desperate to know that my little bean is ok!! All still very quiet on the symptoms front, just praying that means its well behaved and nothing else!!

Lozcat86 · 14/03/2013 15:21

Can i join?

Finally conceived after 18months trying. Im about 5 weeks, roughly due around 13th Nov, which is 10 days after my 1st wedding anniversary...aww!
Have been having some nausea around 5/6 pm every day, slightly sore boobs but more just heaviness really. My main symptom so far is just being EXHAUSTED! I have literally never been so tired and im a nurse in a childrens hospice that regularly does 3 back to back 12.5 hr shifts with very little sleep in between and im never this tired! lol!
Seems crazy that a little grain of rice is causing it!
Just keeping everything crossed that little Eggbert (my nickname for the rice grain) is going to be ok.
Good luck everyone!

bizzybee1234 · 14/03/2013 15:27

Wow, congratulations Lozcat, that's amazing.

Don't push yourself too hard at work - have you told you employer?

Fairydogmother · 14/03/2013 15:30

Hi and congrats lozcat!

My booking appt letter arrived! 9 April at 10am and of course we've gone and booked a private scan only 2 weeks before! But think we will still do that

MummaPanda · 14/03/2013 15:31

harverina that's exactly what's she's like! I'm bottle feeding her because she's tongue tied and couldn't latch on, but she can only go to sleep by sucking something! I can't help but feel that's not a good thing that she relies on it to sleep and doesn't do it herself.
We've also recently had to move her out of her moses basket, which she loved but she's too big now, and she always ends up I'm a twisted heap at one end of her cot, and then panics!
I'll definitely look up the method you recommended, thanks so much everyone for your knowledge and experience! Grin

vix206 · 14/03/2013 15:35

Yes sorry Mumma, it lasted 8 weeks and then he wanted to practice sitting up all the time so that disrupted his sleep. He was a rubbish sleeper though until 8 months when we resorted to some very gentle (and very effective) sleep training! He's slept 11-12 hours ever since. Hang in there!!

honey86 · 14/03/2013 16:17

glad its all ok suffolk Smile

feeling sick as hell today and very lethargic n not wanting to do anything...

anyone heard from snowdrop? fx x

busyprocrastinating · 14/03/2013 16:28

Wow you lot are chatter boxes! Have finally managed to catch up. Hello and congrats to all the newbies and congrats to those who have had scans. My booking in appointment is next week so am presuming I will get a scan date then.
Am feeling tired and haven't got the energy to do anything. Have just been shopping and couldn't resist a sneaky peek at little baby clothes.

Dizzy81 · 14/03/2013 16:46

harverina, thats what I'm talking about; though they don't seem as frequent as when I first found out.

Glad it's not jjust me that's feeling light headed today. I feel as though I've eaten enough fro 5 people today! Constantly grazing and attacking the biscuit draw at work.
