Saundy welcome :)

getoff It could be the food, maybe worth trying to eat before bed and see if that helps?

Fairy they can test it but they could send it away as well to see what it is. Hope you feel better soon, drink lots! I'm always at the gps lately. Spent 2 hours waiting there earlier in the week and I've been with the dcs lots recently too.

GinSling82 · 14/03/2013 08:13

Morning ladies! Congrats and welcome to ncs, saundry & poppy.

Snowdrop thinking of you today, really hope the scan goes well.

Fairy - the nurse should dip your pee. If it has nitrites, leucocytes etc in then it will indicate a UTI and they should give you something. They usually still send of to the lab to check though.

I've woken with my usual nausea (not actually vomited yet). Struggling to find food that I fancy but know I need to eat. Confused

Fairydogmother · 14/03/2013 08:17

The OH is away to work so just me!

I only feel a bit nauseated and tired the odd time - don't have a lot else apart from wanting certain foods. Boobs have stopped being sore too!

Thanks cheese - TMI but my pee def isn't right. I drink so much that its normally like water and now it's a darkish yellow Confused

O of course there's me moaning away and I should be wishing snowdrop the best of luck - sorry snowdrop

GinSling82 · 14/03/2013 08:22

I'm 6w today. Only 238 days to go (according to babycentre)Smile

Sulfolk glad your feeling a little better! And your day of telly sounds amazing! Wish I could be doing that - hope you enjoy and the sickness stays away. Wink

Dizzy81 · 14/03/2013 08:27

Ive woken up full of beans this morning. :-( I should embrace these days shouldn't I?! Just got a feeling something's not right, only 12 days to go until the private scan.

Hope those that are feeling under the weather start to Peru up.

Dizzy81 · 14/03/2013 08:27

That should be perk.

Mistyshore · 14/03/2013 08:30

Haverina- no I was on Aug 10 under a different name. How similar is the name? Do I need another nc? Smile

GinSling82 · 14/03/2013 08:35

Dizzy I think you should try and make the most of it. I know it's hard I also get paranoid about the slightest thing. My boobs felt almost back to normal yesterday but now today they are sore again. I'm sure it's natural for the symptoms to be a bit up and down! Bloody hormones!!

Dizzy81 · 14/03/2013 08:39

Gin, thank you. Neurotic that's me. Bloody hormones

Saundy · 14/03/2013 08:46

Right I've been given an appt so had better scarper, good luck with your various appointments/ailments guys.

It's quite hard to keep up with this thread, I don't know how you all do it!

getoffthecoffeetable · 14/03/2013 08:57

cheese that's what I do with DS, shall have to resort to bedtime supper too!
suffolk thank goodness for in laws! Take it easy.
dizzy I was fine yesterday morning but wiped out and feeling awful in the afternoon, make the most of the nice days while you can.
fairy hope you get on ok at the doc's

Fairydogmother · 14/03/2013 09:43

the nurse said there was nothing showing on 2 dip tests but hes going to send the sample away so should have full results on monday

he agreed it wasnt a good colour tho

so its shut up and get on with things! the gp surgery were very nice tho

MummaPanda · 14/03/2013 09:44

Arrgghhh!! Envy not only do I feel sooooper dodgy n very sick, but before I found out I was pg, dd was sleeping 10hrs a night. Now, magically, she is barely sleeping 2hrs in a row. All night. For the past 3 nights. I'm so tired!!!! I'd be angry at her if she wasn't so darn cute and smiley in the mornings Hmm she must be an evil mastermind

Theicingontop · 14/03/2013 09:52

So glad you're taking it easy suffolk, those bruises are awful aren't they?

Nibbling some toast, feeling loads better. OH is being a massive baby. Lots of groaning and sighing. Hasn't even puked yet! Hmm

I'll be back later to catch up.

bizzybee1234 · 14/03/2013 09:53

Can I join?

Due date is 7 Nov, 1st baby

My booking appointment with the midwife isn't till 18 April. Is anyone else this late?

Massively sick and tired ALL the time!

CheeseandGherkins · 14/03/2013 10:04

Ginsling I'm eating lots of crackers, crisps and chocolate lately, oh and ice cream...It's things I fancy though so I'm just going with it!

Fairy hopefully you'll get the results back soon, drink lots of water in the mean time and I hope you feel better soon

suffolk Oh I feel for you, I detest canulas and it takes them so many tries to get them in. I'm a wuss and have to have the area numbed too! Even the consulant anesthesiologists struggled with mine. Small veins apparently.

Mumma Maybe dd senses the change? My dd3 is sleeping a little better, touch wood!

Theicing glad you're feeling better

bizzy welcome :)

Fairydogmother · 14/03/2013 10:06

Hi bizzy

i dont even have a booking appt yet! ffs!

MotherOfCleo · 14/03/2013 10:09

I'm with you fairy I don't even have an appointment date yet. Sad

Saundy · 14/03/2013 10:11

Back again as bored in waiting room! My midwife appt is the 3rd I think.
Glad it's not an infection Fairy (though at least then you'd have an answer)

MummaPanda · 14/03/2013 10:12

I think she's just going through 4month sleep regression. Just bad timing lol.

Dw fairy I still haven't even contacted midwives or drs yet, haven't got round to it. And tbh there's not really a lot they do at this point anyways. As long as your in time for your scan!

stuffthenonsense · 14/03/2013 10:14

Sorry about all those feeling ill, hope you are all feeling well soon. My biggest issue at the moment is exhaustion. My youngest is full of cold so is feeding virtually all the time, day and night.
Apologies for not remembering who posted what...the dark pee..there is the possibility of it being that colour because of excess vitamins if you are taking them.
Is it mumma panda with the suddenly non sleeping baby? Welcome to the four month sleep regression, it's a real toughie, catch up on sleep when you can.
I desperately need to sleep but there's no chance. I'm taking a flower remedy to help me not to be anxious, it's working pretty well and I am a lot more chilled now...worth a try for those struggling.

getoffthecoffeetable · 14/03/2013 10:14

Hi bizzy. I don't have a bloody appointment yet. --am beginning to think MW doesn't even know I exist and that I'm up duffed!
Feeling very ropey today.

ncsmummy · 14/03/2013 10:18

I dont have an appt yet - appartently I need to see the mw at 8 weeks but they cant book that for me until about a week or so before apparently!
Think the hormones have got me today Sad OH is at work and I am sitting here feeling like bursting into tears!
