Sorry fairydog, I didn't see your post before I posted.

Without trying to sound patronising, try not to worry, loads of women have a bit of bleeding early on and the cramps could just be round ligament pain.

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHopeful · 06/03/2013 21:34

fairy sorry about the brown staining. It happened in my first pregnancy (dd was fine by the way)

Go and see your GP if you are worried but I don't think they panic at all about brown (old) blood.

pegster · 06/03/2013 22:42

Hi fairy, I had some brownish light bleeding with DS, had an early scan at the EPAU coz I was completely panicked but was all fine. Hope there's nothing more overnight, x

Dizzy81 · 07/03/2013 04:39

Thank you mother.

Is anyone else having these symptoms? Feeling really tired, going to bed early and waking up early hrs either needing a wee or really hot! Plus if I roll over in bed or sudden movements I feel a tad queasy.

Newtothisstuff · 07/03/2013 05:39

Can I join too Grin POAS on Monday, although I've had awful stomach pains this week Hmm Internet says I'm due 9th Nov. very planned. Will be DC 3 Shock dd2 is 9 months !!

MTB82 · 07/03/2013 06:25

dizzy I've had the same, 2 nights on the trot woke up at 5 to pee and then was wide awake despite feeling absolutely shattered!! Hoping this passes!

getoffthecoffeetable · 07/03/2013 06:33

Hi new and welcome. I have a few friends with kids only nine months apart and they're all really close, very cute will hopefully try that with the next one but better get this pregnancy all done and dusted!
Am generally starting to get queasy, especially if I haven eaten.
Really thirsty all the time too, although that might be because I'm normally a tea belly and I've cut down to a cup a day

vix206 · 07/03/2013 06:56

I'm waking at 4.30-5 every day with raging thirst. No real need to pee though. I'm quite used to being up that early as DS was an early riser for his first 18 months but now he sleeps til 7ish it is annoying to be awake so early for no reason!!

Fairydogmother · 07/03/2013 07:24

Hi new! Congrats!

No more blood so hopefully that's all done! I am v tired this morning - like wading through glue Sad

getoffthecoffeetable · 07/03/2013 07:25

Good to hear I'm not the only thirsty one, was starting to get paranoid about diabetes etc!

Posabelle · 07/03/2013 07:29

Definitely thirsty! And needing to wee. And boiling. Woke up at 6.15 this morning so went and did a clear blue. Got a result of 'pregnant 1-2' so decided OH should share in my being awake so he got woken up with a pregnancy test shoved in his face. Hehe.

stuffthenonsense · 07/03/2013 08:14

Fakebook my children are incredibly huggy kissy lately too. The baby refuses tone put down and the toddler is constantly seeking new places to kiss me. V cute.
I had brown discharge when pregnant with my toddler, so panicky bit all was fine. My symptoms are building and I now have the pregnant nose.... Don't laugh as I've see not in soo many woman, my nose seems to widen at the bridge during pregnancy, no doubt because ofthecongestion I wishing could take a nap I'm soooo tired.

I must be the odd one out then as my DS is definitely not more cuddly and affectionate! He's usually an angel but he's really testing me at the moment Shock

vix206 · 07/03/2013 08:21

Oh great news re no more blood Fairy! Grin

Theicingontop · 07/03/2013 08:34

My appetite has completely changed. For about a week I haven't been able to stomach anything greasy or nice unhealthy. Been packing fruit into my face and I've lost 5 pounds. Yesterday we had dominos, I got my usual vegetarian supreme, ate two slices and felt sick.

Damn you baby! I want to stuff my face!

MTB82 · 07/03/2013 08:53

Bleugh feeling really queasy and just about to go and teach a class of 40 adults that have an exam this afternoon so are all super stressed and demanding. Aghhhh-wish me luck!!

okavango · 07/03/2013 09:07

another one here in the waking up early thirsty and sweaty camp. Also did a clear blue test this morning and it says 3 plus which is great!

okavango · 07/03/2013 09:08

good luck mtb!

retroelle · 07/03/2013 09:21

Hello! I got my BFP a week ago - first pregnancy and I reckon I'm due around the 11th. The week since I found out has gone SO slowly ... it must speed up soon surely, 12 weeks seems a really long way away. I am just desperate for the little guy/gal to stick and have the right number of chromosomes.

So far, really sore boobs (have bought 2 new non-wired bras already, non maternity ones as I didn't want to jump the gun) but no other symptoms. Oh, and I'm doing the thing mentioned upthread of waking up at 5am for no reason, but I do that quite often anyway.

Congrats to everyone else - so nice to be able to say/hear it when you're keeping it a secret elsewhere. I even keep deleting my browser history in case someone sees my crazy-lady googling.

MotherOfCleo · 07/03/2013 09:29

did a pee stick this morning just cos I like seeing 2 lines and the test line came up before and is darker than the control line.....yay Grin

Theicingontop · 07/03/2013 09:30

Congratulations retro, and yy to the crazy lady googling. If my OH sees any of it he doesn't ask Grin

It will speed up, before you know it you'll be at your 20 week scan wondering where the first trimester went.

WhenSheWasBadSheWasHopeful · 07/03/2013 09:32

Hi to the new guys. I'm not sleeping particularly well either. I do need onpee more often but my symptoms are all over the place.

Felt beyond shattered yesterday but feeling great this morning. I should be happy about that bug it just worries me, worry worry worry.
