Poor you littleducks :( How many weeks are you?

The only time I have vomitted so far was during a particularly smelly science practical. Really only had nausea so far (5 weeks) and now diarrhoea

I've never had ms with any of my previous pgs so I wasn't expecting any this time but I've been feeling decidedly wobbly today and the smell of DH's pepperoni pizza made me feel decidedly under the weather! Runny tummy here too...

Ahhhh thank you hayleybop12 I'm so excited but so nervous at the same time. Appt is at 9.45 in epau so will let you guys no a soon after it as I can, can't remember who asked about diorhea but I suffered this from like 3+3 too around 5ish weeks was horrible but that seems to have subsided now and I'm 6+4 today! Xxx hope everyone's looking after themselves xxxxx

This is my first pregnancy and my EDD is 17/10/13
I had a miscarriage about 18 months ago, so every little twinge worries me, and I find myself rushing to the toilet just to make sure all is ok!! Crazy hey.

I am a teacher too (although SAHM at the mo) Worked out great with DS as we had gone into redundancy so me being pg meant no one lost their job and I got to finish the year, have summer hol with no planning and Mat pay started in Sept.
The kids in my class were so sweet and would tell me off for sitting on the floor or carrying things and kept trying to put cusions on my chair or make me put feet up. They love it when I take DS in to visit.
DS was due on DH b.day but was early and am wondering if this one will be arriving on my birthday if it is a few days early. Already have to sare it with my twin!
Yes to being more thirsty and big yes to insomnia not helped by DS thinking 4am is playtime. God I hope he sleeps better when this one is born but is such a ligh sleeper think every baby cry will wake him.

slippysnow that made me laugh! I wrote the original message and I had a weird sense of de ja vu reading it back again!

Thank you for everyone's advice regarding my promotion. I think I will try to find out what the pay rise is and then compare to nursery prices. The trouble is I work for a small company & you usually start the promoted job for a couple of months before they decide what it is worth! A very odd way of working I know!

Btw. Whoever said they are suffering with mouth ulcers. It may have been ages ago now but I've had one right at the back of my tongue which rubs against my tooth, causing me so much pain and my tongue feel so swollen! Very pleased my shoulder pains gone makes me feel less paranoid.

Happy Monday morning everyone,
I was just wondering if anyone else was itching? I spent most of yesterday trying not to scratch my breasts, tummy and back until they were red raw. Even this morning they feel tingly.
Does anyone know if this is hormonal? And whether I can take antihistamines to ease it?

Hi favellio I think if the itching is not too bad it's normal and it's because of growth spurts or something but if its bad you should see your doctor as there's a condition that affects pregnant women and itching is a symptom. Might be worth mentioning it to a dr just in case.

Feeling a little pukey this morning but had an amazing nights sleep last night which was much needed as I have a meeting today.

Hey Doobeedee, we share a birthday but I'm (ahem) a few years older (coming up 39). My DD is later in the month though, around the 20th.

Morning I had itching last time I itched my legs red raw till they almost bled it is hormonal the only thing that eased it was smothering my legs in e45 cream and a cool ish bath hope this helps x
