Milkshake day all round then. My DH had a migraine and popped out to Boots for pills. Came back via McDonalds with strawberry milkshakes. Yum.

Feeling okay today. Was a bit queasy this morning. I need to keep eating of I feel I'll. Also spent the afternoon going through s What to Eat When You're Expecting book and wondering what the hell I can eat foe the next 7 1/2 months!

My list is short and sweet; if the look, smell, texture or thought of it doesn't make me feel sick, I'll eat it. which at the moment isn't much does anyone else's ms get worse in the evening?
