Lavita you can get for sure pro-rated bonus for 2010, no? You have worked 10 months out of 12?? But for 2011 I was also told that it is pro-rated, meaning if I stay home for a year there will be no bonus for 2011.... I have 4.5 more weeks to work :(

I will only work 3 weeks out of the financial year if I take a full 12 months off. My bonus is based on meeting financial budgets and passing various quality & financial budgets. If you're buying big stuff or lots of stuff for a home delivery in Mothercare, go in-store and ask about the "threshold discount". It's an unpublicised discount you can get on big purchases when shopping in store - if you spend £150, it's £15 off I think and for every £100 above £150 you get an extra £10 off. Also, if you order in-store you can get free shipping, even if they are ordering off the website for delivery. Worth the hassle of going to the store if it's near you.
