Thinking of you OP. A close friend of mine lost her son in a similar way at a similar age a few years ago. I know nothing will ever be the same for her again but what helped her was medication, counseling and taking extended time off work. Also having friends she could talk to about her son and his passing over and over which helped her process things. Do what you need to look after yourself now. Nothing can make things right again but you will get through this. Sending love.
