Can I just show my beautiful boy off please

I want to show him off, if that's ok.

Its been a long time since anyone but me has acknowledged him. Sorry the photos aren't too great, there were no camera phones in the 90s so I had to take a picture of a photo.

He would be 23 now, and as handsome as his little brother no doubt.

He was so beautiful, he was a skinny wee tall boy, all eyes and feet 😂 he was tiny but his eyes were huge and he had ginormous feet.

Everyone always said he has wise eyes, and an old soul. I really felt he was an old soul too.

He fought so hard through his illness, but he was taken from me anyway.

He was cremated in his green top and green socks, that was my favourite outfit on him.

He is still so loved and missed every day. I adored him, my first born, my precious baby boy, he changed my life, he made me a mum, he taught me what love is, and now that love has no place to go so it has turned to grief.

My mum sadly lost her first born, my sister, at 11 weeks old.
We talk about her everyday. She is apart of our family and always will be. We celebrate her birthday too. He will be looking over you.

Thank you all so much, I was blessed with another ds a few years after Dotty died and people just assume I'm OK now, but, as happy and proud as I am of my wonderful ds, there will always be someone missing from my family.

It means the world to be able to show him off and have people see he was here, he was real and even though he isn't here he is still very much a part of my world xx

I’m so sorry for your loss. The photos are lovely, OP! I love the first outfit you dressed him in, he looks adorable. Please don’t ever feel like you can’t talk about him or share stories. He was here on this Earth and very loved so it’s only right you want to keep his memory alive.
I’m not a mum but I am 23. This reminded me to be grateful for still being here.

How old is his younger brother? Do you talk about Scott together? I can see your love shines through for him, the way you write about him is so lovely. I’m sure his brother would be happy to hear about him if you haven’t told him much.

That little face, he looks such a character. Almost like he had an opinion even though he was so small!
