Can I just show my beautiful boy off please

I want to show him off, if that's ok.

Its been a long time since anyone but me has acknowledged him. Sorry the photos aren't too great, there were no camera phones in the 90s so I had to take a picture of a photo.

He would be 23 now, and as handsome as his little brother no doubt.

He was so beautiful, he was a skinny wee tall boy, all eyes and feet 😂 he was tiny but his eyes were huge and he had ginormous feet.

Everyone always said he has wise eyes, and an old soul. I really felt he was an old soul too.

He fought so hard through his illness, but he was taken from me anyway.

He was cremated in his green top and green socks, that was my favourite outfit on him.

He is still so loved and missed every day. I adored him, my first born, my precious baby boy, he changed my life, he made me a mum, he taught me what love is, and now that love has no place to go so it has turned to grief.

I wish Mumsnet had a heart button for posts, because that last one of him in his lovely outfit is so, so sweet. What a gorgeous little boy.

My children and I will have some angel cake tonight, as we always do on his birthdays and anniversaries. He is my oldest so they weren't around when he was alive, but I like to mark his special days somehow.

Always your beautiful baby, what a little cutie! You must have many amazing memories of even the smallest things you did together, remembering his laugher and smiles and being in your arms.
You sound like a amazing mum, as you said your little boy made you a mum and he still does.

He really is a little cutie OP. He looks so ‘knowing’ in all his photos and very expressive. No one can ever take away the fact that you’re his mum

This is him going all cross eyed in the NICU he had the darkest brown eyes I've ever seen on a baby.

He was only with me for such a short time but he taught me so much.
