he had a long illness from birth but sadly yesterday her son died yesterday as his heart had stopped

You are amazing. Your post made me cry. What a gracious lady to accept your huge loss in such a way. How lovely that your Mum and son can be together. So very sorry for your loss.

I am so very sorry. I hope you are able to organise a very special day for him, it's a very hard and very surreal thing to do I know. From your wonderful post it sounds like he had lots of friends and I hope that knowing that such huge numbers of people are thinking of him and you provide some crumb of comfort.

OMG - I am so sorry. There is nothing to say. Toby was so lucky to have you and your dh and you where lucky to have him. Although I never met him I will always remember him.

Your message was beautiful and made me cry but mre imoprtantly realise what a chappy time you have had together- I am sure your Mum is caring for him now.

jbadgirl, I don't think we have ever really spoken to each other on here. This is the first I have seen of your family's story, Toby is clearly a very loved little boy who will be remembered with nothing but love and joy by all who knew him.
