Catthiefkeith funeral flowers thread.

Hi All, been putting this thread off as I haven't been able to face the reality and finality of it. Anyway, here it is.

I am going to get YANBU in flowers (possibly bright yellow - any other colour suggestions are welcome?) and take them along to the funeral of CTK. It would be lovely if there was lots of MN names to add to the chorus.

If you would like me to add your username then please post on this thread. (Some people have already pm'd me so they are already there - but can post below too of course if they wish). If you want to add a little message i am also happy to add that as well.

I shall take photos of the flowers and post them after the funeral. Cheers lovelies.

Oh MrsK the flowers are just perfect, thank you so much for doing this, and including us all. Like many others I took some time out today to remember CTK and lit a candle for her, and her family. And then toasted her with a nice this evening. Thank you again.

Derxa - She would have done it for any of us. It was the least i could do for her.

SBJ and i did smile as the hearse went past and right along one side you could see from quite a way away bright yellow YANBU. We laughed and said i bet everyone wonders wtf that means. I do hope a few people were MNers (or at least familiar with it) so they had a wry smile.

Yep, I can definitely imagine CTK doing the same for a MNer

It was the least i could do for her. Yes but that's your thinking. Most people wouldn't have written all those MN nicknames. I'm sure CTK's will have appreciated it though. My heart goes out to them.

God, the YANBU flowers have given me goosebumps.
What a beautiful, fitting send off for CTK. Still feel so teary thinking about her.

I've had 'Three Little Birds' constantly playing in my head since yesterday. It' been making me smile!

The one thing that has really hit home, and was repeated a number of times at the service, was that CTK's motto in life was "a day without laughter is a day wasted".
