Hi All, been putting this thread off as I haven't been able to face the reality and finality of it. Anyway, here it is.

I am going to get YANBU in flowers (possibly bright yellow - any other colour suggestions are welcome?) and take them along to the funeral of CTK. It would be lovely if there was lots of MN names to add to the chorus.

If you would like me to add your username then please post on this thread. (Some people have already pm'd me so they are already there - but can post below too of course if they wish). If you want to add a little message i am also happy to add that as well.

I shall take photos of the flowers and post them after the funeral. Cheers lovelies.

Thinking of you today MrsK and SBJ and of course all of CTK's loved ones. Flowers

MrsHathaway · 14/09/2017 12:09

That's beautiful, MrsK. I'm in tears at the thought of those pages of names. Hope all goes well today. Thinking of you.

Hissy · 14/09/2017 12:12

Am still in shock and it's so upsetting.

Sleep well CTK

Thinking of you MrsK and SBJ, my love to you both and to all there today

Hissy · 14/09/2017 12:13

Again, thank you MrsK, you have done a wonderful thing for so many of us.

Making sure people know how much she was loved by complete strangers will, I hope, come of immense comfort to those who loved her in real life

PatMullins · 14/09/2017 12:45

MrsK you are a star Star

All my love Flowers

The service was beautiful and as suspected packed with people. There were so many people were stood pitside and in an overspill room.

The vicar was a friend of ctk so it was very personal.

The music was very ctk. 3 little birds and always look on the bright side of life (please join me and pour wine and put those on tonight and think of her).

We spoke to her dh who was blown away by the amount of names and love from mn. He was also wondering what YANBU meant. Grin she would love that!

Message from MNHQ: We've removed the photo for now at MrsKoala's request - she's going to edit it slightly and repost.

Thank you so much for arranging this and reporting back. Flowers look lovely. I will now have an earworm of bright side of life.
Must keep it in my head. School run is not the place to start singing "life's a piece of shit!"
Thanks again. Flowers

Thank you, Mrs K.

Would it be possible for this thread to go into classics? It would be a shame to lose it.
