I don't know what to do. My family is in America. I want to go home.

If you want to go home then I think you should. You should follow your instincts but whilst you're in shock you might need someone to accompany you if at all possible xx

No = my partner came to pick up ds (we live apart), I couldn't keep it going for him. I want to be alone and I want to talk and I don't even know what I want.

He was only a year older. He was my only sibling.

I don't know if I am going home. they haven't found his body yet. They think he shot himself in the water - we live on a sound. They found his car with keys in it, his passport etc. Then the bloodhounds tracked his scent to the water. He had a gun. Now it's missing. There were bullets on the floor of the car. I talked to my parents who gave me the news. Then called some friends. I don't know what to do with myself now. What am I supposed to do? Take a bath? Fold clothes? Watch tv??? Everything seems like a betrayal somehow - I don't know.

Is there anyone who can come and stay with you and keep yo company?

Don't think your supposed to do anything. Just stay and talk as long as you want.

Anything you do right now is ok. I would lay off the alcohol if you're thinking about having a drink. Something hot and sweet would probably be better.

How about googling to see how much flights would be and how soon you could go?

Do what feels right or do nothing. There is no right or wrong in awful situations like this. If you feel the need to do something to help you cope, then do something.

The day my nephew died I gutted the whole bedroom and put up a new curtain rail. I needed to do something or I'd go mad. It's no betrayal, it will feel like it, but it's not.
