I have spoken to Spacecadet. Spacecadet went into premature labour several weeks ago due to a kidney infection. The baby only surived for a short time after birth . She is bearing up OK given the circumstances, but can't face up to posting on MN at the moment.

Best wishes to her and her family.

Oh God I saw this thread title and just knew what it would be about. I had noticed SC missing from MN. I am so so sorry SC that you have to face yet another tragedy. Words fail me, but I wanted you to know I am thinking of you and crying for you.

That is so sad. I think i remember spacecadet on the initial august 05 thread. Sadly she had a miscarriage then. And now this, poor woman.
