What insults do your toddlers use?

(assuming, of course, that they ever use insults.... dd didn't at that age but ds does).
Around here it is 'silly patch' to express mild dislike and 'poo poo patch' to express very great antipathy. Goodness knows where they get it from.

I've been uninvited from a lot more parties than DD has actually had, although I think she's now got the message that no mummy = no party.

Her best friend's dad gets subjected to a lot of hysterical 'Mr Silly Poo Poo Banana Head Bottom Face' type insults from the two of them.

Meanwhile at home one of the kittens was called 'silly bloody cat' this morning. Oops in our defence, he IS a silly bloody cat.

CocoaCloset · 15/11/2009 14:35

This morning DD (2.10) informed me "You're stinky mummy, you stink of...oranges".

mumof2littleboys · 16/11/2009 11:11

My (just turned) 4 year old came out with "you pompous fool"! I must stop him watching that spiderman DVD!

Should've told him off but couldn't stop laughing!

BratleyBansBaubles · 16/11/2009 12:32

Last night when putting him to bed, DS (2.3) said to me 'Oh. My. God, Mummy, I'm so cross with you!'
No reason, he just was.

Fair enough

Littlepurpleprincess · 16/11/2009 19:34

When DS (3) is cross he yells "you go to time out!" and points at me.

He also says "mummy stinks" all the time.

He tries to call me a smelly poo but it always comes out as Pelly smoo which me and DP found hilarious.

chocolateyumyum · 17/11/2009 11:34

I was once told by DS1 that my handbag would be confiscated if I didn't do what he wanted.

DD1 (1.10) says 'cross' and fixes me with her death frown which she perfected at about a year old.

banana head - that fruit thing again, interesting!

I love kids' death frowns. Ben on Outnumbered has a particularly good one.

I angry.

You're not my best friend.

Or, for some reason, and she can say this very menacingly she says 'you scalick [scowl], have no idea where she got it from but it clearly is not meant in a nice way and I actually tell her off for using it as if I would a real swear word!

coolma · 17/11/2009 11:46

you're not my best friend is the latest from dd as well. Also 'you're've got a poo on your head/lunch/bottom/etc..'

georgiemum · 17/11/2009 11:48

"You...you...you...you... GANDER!!!'"
"What did you call me?"
(smug face) "it's a female goose"

really... what do you say to that?

BratleyBansBaubles · 18/11/2009 13:02

DS does the stare, too.
My sister calls it 'Evil Eyes'!

'Look at him! He's doing Evil Eyes at me again! What have I done this time!?'
