I haven't slept for 11 weeks since my baby was born. He doesn't sleep for more than an hour and a half at night and I'm beyond exhausted. I know why they use sleep deprivation as a torture technique. I cry most days and struggle to enjoy the good bits of being a Mum 
. How do you survive this???
