A sister for Lucy....

dd2 is due in September and I am sadly lacking in inspiration when it comes to names.

I would like her middle name to be a family name, possibly Margaret or Florence after MIL as dd's middle name came from my side.

Lucy was the only name we agreed on when dd was born. We like traditional names, with dh being more conservative than I am. We weren't aware of Lucy's popularity when she was born but tbh I think we would have used it anyway. Her name suits her very well I feel.

So, any ideas gratefully received

Imogen and Lucy v. nice together! The shortenings that Fra suggested also good, as is Imo and Mo too.

How exciting. Let's get dh on here to explain himself when he's feeling decisive

Ryn · 24/04/2009 12:55

know a Lucy and her sister Mary and they are both gorgeous!

TigerFeet · 24/04/2009 16:19

Oh bugger, bollocks and arse

I have been pondering Imogen and I think it sounds a bit dodgy with our surname which ends in "man". It's a bit rhymey [sulk]
