DC2 is going to be named 'Abracadabra' according to DD (2.6)

LOL! Think this could be quite an amusing thread!

"Tigger"

MamaG · 27/08/2008 12:56

My DD did name my DS

I found out the sex and when I got home, I excitedly said to her "do you want to know whether its a girl or a boy?"

she retorted "I already know. Its a boy and he's going to be called X"

DH and i sniggered and then thought "actually, I like X" and it stuck!

dinny · 27/08/2008 12:57

"Elizabeth Allen"
"Pluggy"
"Sunshine"

are dd's fave names

Weeteeny · 27/08/2008 12:58

bob the baby

ninja · 27/08/2008 12:59

DD wants

Isabel for a girl or James for a boy - she won't get it.

stretchmarkqueen · 27/08/2008 13:00

Jim!! (dd1 is Rosie!)

(incidently, it was a girl!!)

DS1 wants to call this baby Blaze if its a boy!

StealthPolarBear · 27/08/2008 13:01

Well so far DS's (16mo) favourite names seem to be "Jorj" and "Gob-ty"
Lol at BOB the baby!

Bella73 · 27/08/2008 13:01

DD1's suggestion was Wabo-Abo (we're assuming about the hyphen and spelling as she was only 14 months when we asked her but she repeated it 3 times so it was a definite suggestion).

purplemonkeydishwasher · 27/08/2008 13:04

DC2 will be Superwhy or just Baby. but it's definitly a boy according to DS (or actually this morning it was a boy AND a girl)

mrbojangles · 27/08/2008 13:06

buzz!
You may well guess his favorite film!
Woody was his second choice

WheresTheAuPair · 27/08/2008 13:17

tractor!

pagwatch · 27/08/2008 13:24

Dumper.
As our surname begins with a D it would have been quite .... cute?
DS1 actually did name DD though. He was 10 by then so not so strange

pagwatch · 27/08/2008 13:24

ROLF at Bob The Baby

Iklboo · 27/08/2008 13:26

DH's brothers chose his name. He was going to be called Christopher but BILs persuaded MIL to call him what he's called now

(and it's a lovely name)

belgo · 27/08/2008 13:28

My dd1 has actually got quite good taste in baby names, despite being only four. She's chosen 'Emily' for a girl, which I like but we're not choosing

MuffinMclay · 27/08/2008 13:29

LOL it would be another Bob or Wendy here.

scorpio1 · 27/08/2008 13:32

Jessica (ds, 6)

or Ruby (ds, 3)

Jbck · 27/08/2008 13:33

Chloe or Sparkle (knew it was a girl) we went with neither

LynetteScavo · 27/08/2008 13:34

DS1 wasnted DC2 to be Jamie - for a boy or a girl. Was never going to happen, as DS1 is James. Funnily enough, DS2 now pretends he's called Jamie.

fridayschild · 27/08/2008 13:36

Portland (after DS1's favourite bear)

this is quite cute, but not a patch on Bob the Baby

scanner · 27/08/2008 13:37

Jesus !

EachPeachPearMum · 27/08/2008 14:02

Portland is lovely! (though can't see us using it )

dd1, aged 4, cried because we wouldn't name dd3 her own exact two names.
