DC2 is going to be named 'Abracadabra' according to DD (2.6)

Little Bill,
or Magenta (from Blues Clues)
Poi(not sure of the spelling but DS1 loved her when he was younger
Dizzy
Pat or Jess

Those are the suggestions Ds1 had for DS2 before he was born

SheSellsSeashellsByTheSeashore · 27/08/2008 14:08

we did let dd1 chose as we couldnt decide she had two names in mind sophiebunny2 after he bunny or millie. i dont think i need to tell you which we went for.

my neice wants to call her new brother either thomas, james or percy! methinks she watches too many train cartoons

Mamazon · 27/08/2008 14:08

Abigail. I think he hd a bit of a crush on her at school.
when he got a MALE rabbit and we asked what should we call it he said Abigail.

when he was naming his male teddy he named it abigail.

everythign was abigail for months.

saltire · 27/08/2008 14:11

My neice wants her new baby brother or sister to be called Oompa or Dora!

MKG · 27/08/2008 14:15

ds1 was too little but my niece decided he should be named Prince Eric. A bit too much of the little mermaid I think.

bogie · 27/08/2008 14:17

My brothers hospital tag has the name I picked for him on it I called him
Julifer Elton Chuck and he kept that name for a week

bogie · 27/08/2008 14:19

Ds wants to call his sister when she is born Pink

EachPeachPearMum · 27/08/2008 14:24

'Julifer' is an excellent name bogie - you are very talented!

Boxer. No idea why!

Or Billie - works for girl or boy and we don't know what this new DC will be yet so could be apt!

GooseyLoosey · 27/08/2008 14:38

Baby - it was one of the few words ds could say at the time and he has a very utilitarian approach to life in any event.

sweetkitty · 27/08/2008 14:43

Rosie (DD1 was adamant DD3 was a girl baby called Rosie)

We also had Peppa too

I think we got off light considering her dolls are called Eyelasha, Fuzzball, Dashal, Oppsy Doopsy, Winky Doll (don't ask), Bath baby, Katie 1 2 and 3, Looba and Minga!

JentlyDoesIt · 27/08/2008 14:44

DS was only 17 months when DD arrived so he calls her "sister"

My friends DS2 (age 4) wanted to call his new twin siblings (boy / girl twins) Lego and Dinosaur

bigmouthstrikesagain · 27/08/2008 14:44

bonka or donka

scoopmuckanddizzy · 27/08/2008 14:49

My neice (2.9) says my baby will be a boy and we should call him Linda!

southeastastra · 27/08/2008 14:50

probably ed, edd or eddy

Hulababy · 27/08/2008 14:51

6y DD says is we have another baby the names should be either Emily or George apparantly.

wilkos · 27/08/2008 14:53

dss wanted james bond for our dc

SHE ended up being lily!

belgo · 27/08/2008 14:56

Hulababy - your dd has also got good taste!

KatieMorag · 27/08/2008 14:59

barbie

for a boy of course

TinkerBellesMum · 27/08/2008 15:01

I'm having a "sista" called FiFi. My nephew was called Nemo followed by his youngest older brother's first name (IYSWIM)

keeptakingthetablets · 27/08/2008 15:08

DSD was definite that we should name dd after her mum, DH's ex-wife..... try coming up with straightfaced inclusive non-destructive responses to that one ten hours after giving birth....

(I think my actual response was "..Or we could call her Barbie ....")

ByTheSea · 27/08/2008 15:10

Icepop if a boy. Thankfully, a girl arrived.

LackaDAISYcal · 27/08/2008 15:12

DS wanted DD to be called Action

and my current bump has been christened Virgil as he thinks it's a really cool name

loobylu3 · 27/08/2008 15:32

My son (3yrs, 4 months) has suggested Batman and Hula Hoops.

My daughter, who is nearly 6 yrs fortunately has similar taste to me!!
