Boys List- which do you prefer?

Am considering the following names for baby no.3 if it is a boy!
Would be v grateful for all opinions- honest but poilite please!

Here goes:

Henry
Maxim/ Maximus (nn Max) ? too popular now
Jonas/ Jonah
Theodore (Theo)
Rufus
Monty

Theo and Henry are lovely but Rufus and Monty are the sort of names you give a poodle. Maximus sounds like a Roman Gladiator (a lot to live up to)
On the fence about about Jonas/ Jonah.

I like them all but I don't like Monty or Rufus for a son, I would save those 2 for pets.

I rather like all except for Monty 'the full....' and not so keen on Max but certainly wouldn't object to it.
Theo is a tad popular, isn't it? so might avoid, although it as a lovely soft sound.

My current favourite boys' names are Hector and Moses.

Personally. If I had to choose. I think you son will/would be fine whatever you choose (runs out of platitudes)

So. Drum roll....
I like
1st place - Henry
2nd place - Theo
3rd place - erm, erm, maybe Jonas?

I dislike Maximus a bit, bit too powerful for me.
I'm afraid Rufus has personal to me negative pet-like connotations.

I knew a Monty. I 'went out' with him. Had amazing eyes. gorgeous. Though he was really called Geoff and Monty was a nickname. But because of that I am actually rather fond of 'Monty'.

Theo definitely.

Not sure about any of the others except Maximus which I don't like at all. Maxim is nice but very French. Max is too common round here.
