Which one do you prefer - if you dislike all 3, what other suggestions for a similar vibe?

Henry, by a mile. A classic solid name.

Harry and Henry - proper names. Harvey - surname as first name.

I ADORE these names but unfortunately for me vetoed all 3! My ranking would be 1 Harry 2 Harvey and 3 Henry but they are all great. Good choices!

Henry. Harry is a diminutive so it’s a 2 for 1.

Harvey is a VERY different vibe.
