Thoughts on the name Verity?

I’m leaning towards it but worried about lack of nickname potential! Would love to hear thoughts

I went to primary school with a verity took a good few years for anyone to be able to pronounce it properly. Verr-re-r-itty or variety she was always called. she is now known as Vi or Itty.
