Julie sarah or Aisling??

Julie is a popular and traditional Scandinavian name. It’s within the top 40 for babies born last year.

Resurgence? I hope not, it is such a wet name.

It’s awful, sorry. It wasn’t great 50 years ago.

I really like Julie and think it would be refreshing to hear as a baby name.

Nobody calls me Julie. Most people call me a shortened version of my surname. But that bloody Ali G soon is still the bane of my life.

I quite like Julie the more I say it, defo due a revival. Love Juliette and the Italian Giulia which is pronounced exactly as we Julia. Really like Sarah actually too.

Strangely, I’ve just been watching the famous play Miss Julie. It’s 19th century and the title character is an aristocrat. It has posh but unconventional vibes there.

My Mum called my sister Julie, because she didn't want it shortened-so all her school friends called her "Ju"!

Well I'm biased because my mother was a Julie and I like it (actually she was a Julia but everyone called her Julie. Or Jules).
