Thoughts on Stephanie?

Just that, what are people’s thoughts on the name Stephanie?

My SIL is named Stephanie. I really like it. I think it sounds lovely.

It's nice and I had a childhood friend with the name. I don't feel it's as obviously linked to a time period as some other names as I did only know the one unlike other names.

My only issue would be that you could get the occasional bullying with "fanny" due to the sound at the end as my friend did sometimes.
