Rose and iris are my favourites followed closely by Anna and Nina. Not keen on Matilda and Tabitha sorry.

All lovely names in themselves. Don't like the two flowers together and Anna and Nina sounds like too many N's so would mix up the combos. Combo one is lovely

I don't really like Tabitha, so I can't vote 1 even though Matilda is probably my favorite name out of all your options.

Ooh all lovely names but in different ways. If it were my choice though I’d go for Rose and Iris - you absolutely can have 2 flower names together! I do love Nina too though, Nina and Rose would be gorgeous. Good luck.
