Most of the twins I know have names with different intonations,
Something like Paul and Stuart, Karen and Janette, Mark and Andrew, Jake and Harry, Kate and Zoe etc
The exceptions are twins Felicity and Hermione and Amelia and Georgina. I'm glad I didn't have to call out those names several times a day.
Try calling out the names several times as in 'hurry up Hermione and Felicity', 'Hermione and Felicity put on your coats, NOW!' 'Hermone! Felicity!'
