would you think boy or girl?

Hi -simple question - if you heard the name Dara would you think it was a boy or girl? It may help if you said whether you were in the UK (I am). Thanks for your time x

I’ve heard both. I knew a female Dara personally but I do think of Dara O’Brien too.

I know of both.

Daragh - an Irish man.

Dara - a Canadian woman.

I don't know of any young or local to me (Scotland) Daras

I've heard of both but I would lean towards it being more of a boys name and spelt Darragh.

A boy. Dara is the correct Irish spelling Darragh is the anglicised version.
