Love names like Theo, Leo, Tristan, Dylan, Valentine and Ewan. The proper soft sounding masc names. What are your favourite soft masc names.

Maude.

bloodywhitecat · 08/02/2021 12:58

Sue?

Housewife2010 · 08/02/2021 13:00

Boris?

Chunkymenrock · 08/02/2021 13:07

If you mean boy, and more gentle sounding names, how about Dylan, Lyndon, Ashley? The word boi is fucking ridiculous BTW.

PursuingProxemicExactitude · 08/02/2021 13:07

Fuck. I am too old to live.

But - having dutifully read the Guardian article - why would anyone want their child to be identified with these manipulative wastrels?

gottakeeponmovin · 08/02/2021 13:09

I literally have no clue what this is about

Fembot123 · 08/02/2021 13:10

You what 😂

TheVolturi · 08/02/2021 13:12

Plussizejumpsuit · 08/02/2021 13:12

Cos no idea why you would want to call your kid this type of boy name?! Grin

ShesMadeATwatOfMePam · 08/02/2021 13:12

What's going on here!?

Bluesername · 08/02/2021 13:14
Hmm
Alternista · 08/02/2021 13:15

Xerxes Grin

Seriously. There’s no such thing. People become who they’re going to become and their name takes shape around them.

Twickerhun · 08/02/2021 13:15

Am I drunk or are you?

LadyCatStark · 08/02/2021 13:18

Are you wanting this kind of name for an actual, real baby or for yourself be use you want to be one of these “softbois”? If it’s for a real child, stop putting your woke values onto them and just give them a name you like, preferable one that fits with their gender or a gender neutral one if you must.

JackieWeaverIsTheAuthority · 08/02/2021 13:18

Morph?

KaptainKaveman · 08/02/2021 13:21

Shirley? I believe that's suitable for both genders.

Glenchase · 08/02/2021 13:21

What does boi mean? Perhaps change your autocorrect settings to assist with your spelling.

CandyLeBonBon · 08/02/2021 13:23

Soft boiled?

Bluesheep8 · 08/02/2021 13:23

Soft boi means a feminine man name. Ffs it's not hard to figure out.

It is if you've never heard of it and haven't got a clue what the op is on about!

TopTabby · 08/02/2021 13:23

What the?? Sounds like soft boiled.
Soft masc?? I'm older than I thought obviously (& glad).

LucasLeesEyebrows · 08/02/2021 13:24

I was looking to see if I had gone on to the doghouse board but nope.

Thebusiness · 08/02/2021 13:24

So is it for a boy or a girl? Or is that the whole point?

HolyMusicalBman · 08/02/2021 13:24

Sorry I put in boy and it changed it to boi 🤦. Basically a soft sounding, boy name. Masc means masculine name

Sorry I put in boy and it changed it to boi 🤦.

😂 yeah, sure!

borntobequiet · 08/02/2021 13:26

The only people I have seen spell boy like this are “too cool for school” teens who swagger a lot and pretend to be drug dealers. Is this your aspirational image?
