Clara, Cora or Cara

Have all 3 on my long list, which would you choose?

I'd choose Cora.

Cora

Cara for me. I like them all but Cara feels slightly less trendy.

Cara, but to throw in the mix how about Carla?

Clara I find clunky and plump - I don't get the love for it.

Cara and Cora both good but Cora edges it, slightly more unusual.

Difficult as all are lovely! I think I'd possibly choose Cara, as Clara and (to a lesser extent) Cora are more retro/vintage - where as Cara feels a bit less linked to a particular time imo. Second choice would be Cora, third Clara.

Cara is my favourite.

I nearly had a Carla, and also liked Carly. Only didn't because there's a Clara in my OHs family.

I believe Cara is friend in Irish which is very sweet.

Cora! I had a great aunt of that name, who was an absolute hoot!

So it’s a well recognised name, no issues over spelling, not overly used right now, great as a little girls name as well as an adult woman’s.

But they are all lovely, I don’t hate any of them.

Only because I know a cara so wouldn’t use that and my brother had a guinea pig called clara

I really like all three and would be hard pushed to choose a favourite. I also like Coral, Claire, Carys and Carly.

Clara all the way, feels like more of a proper name with a history than the other two, and also think it’s the prettiest.

I have a Kara. Love that name. She was almost Carla which I always love. Just while we are on a c theme.....have u considered Caris which I also love.
Tbh they are all nice. You can't go wrong.

I like all of them! Maybe Cara is my least fave although the meaning is lovely as a PP said.
