I'm routing for a girl, loads easier. We have a male puppy, so DP can have him in his boy corner.

FWIW I think both boys and girls are awesome and if it's a boy you will find a name you both like!

Thanks @NameChange30, I meant names rather than gender I'd be happy with either.

So some other names I don't hate: Alex, Joshua (but prefer Josh), Joseph (but it's my Grandad's name & could upset Mum), Sebastian, Robin (but prefer female Robyn), Oscar and Max.

Doesn't mean to original 3 are out though x

When I was stressing about finding the "perfect" name for DC1, I read a comment on a baby names thread that helped me a lot. The poster said that it doesn't matter if you don't love the name; after all, it's only a name, but as long as you like it, you will grow to love the name because it belongs to your beloved child. I thought that was lovely and it's very true.

I like Alex and Josh and Joseph from your new list.
